At 10pm my AC went out. Earlier a neighbor and I had replaced the capacitor and the unit had started to cool but later the temperature in the house was about the same as outside. I call three other 24hr AC companies and all I got was answering services. This company was the only one that answer and the dispatcher said he would see if he could contact a tech to come out. he call back and said one would be there within 30 mins. Trevor showed up and went to work on the AC and within 30 mins had the unit back working and cooling off the house. Thank you for being a professional and getting the job done as fast as you did.

This company is by far a 5 star company! The first company I called said we have to buy a new ac unit and tried to force us into a deal by saying "ok well I can only give you this deal until tomorrow" blahs blahs. Then Cedenos came in and completely cleaned our system saying we Definitely did not need a new system. They showed us what they were doing and how they were fixing it and gave us a great price! I would call them again in a heart beat so far it's been a year and ac is working great in our hot hot soflo heat!! Thank you guys!!!

My a/c broke in the middle summer, I called Cedenos and they came out immediately. Great company, very reliable, excellent service, pricing was great too. I would recommend their service to anyone looking to replace or fix their cooling unit.

My AC motor went out and I replaced it myself but then the capacitor went out. I was in over my head and the house was warming up quickly. I was frustrated and so was my family. I called Cedenos on a Saturday. Exactly two hours later Lee showed up at my house. He took one look at the AC system and knew exactly what it was. He fixed it in no time and had the AC blowing cold again. Thank you Lee and Cedenos! I would 100% recommend this company.

Was scammed not only once but almost twice by this business.

Technician performed a "repair" with absolutely no communication to me about how much repair would be before performing the service. I explained this to the owner over the phone and all he said was "we are busy so we didn't call". I let it go as the AC was "fixed" and my tenant was happy.

Next day the AC stops working again. I called back and they came out very quickly to check it which I appreciated. They did however blame this on user error and not on the unit and tried to charge me another visit which I refused to pay. The issue persisted for 3 more days, leaving me no option but to hire another technician which concluded the unit did have an issue and that it had to be repaired meaning I had wasted hundreds in a repair that wasn't completed.

I contacted the owner to give him the chance to fix it or to refund me as i had paid for nothing. The owner ignored me.

Don't waste your time. Expensive, dishonest.

My mother needed a new In Wall air conditioner unit for her condo at East Century Village in Deerfield. From initial assessment to install, the experience was top-notch! Huge, thank you to Byron and his team for the unparalleled customer service. They even sweep my mother’s living room once done with install! Lord’s reputation continues. It’s long tradition, as they also install installed the EC unit in our previous condo in Boca. If you’re looking for great contractors, they Should be first on your call list.
