We have used Lords for years now and have always had great service. AC issues fixed day of the call! Knowledgeable and professional! We were able to use the Plumbing side of the team this week. We had a big issue, and they were able to get a service tech out to me the same day and fixed my clogged main line. Highly recommend!!

The techs arrived when they said they would. They went to work immediately. They appeared to be very knowledgeable about my problem and fixed it in a timely manner..The techs theme were friendly and kind..cleaned up nicely when finished. I would recommend them and will use them again if needed .

Offered suggestions to maintain my AC unit working most efficiently. Very satisfied. Will use Lord's AC again.

The tec dint fix anything , he told us that was probably a problem with the water pressure ( water pressure was fine ) or maybe needed to change the hoses and could not flush the ac unit . I end up flushing it my self and works fine now ( paid 95 dollars for nothing )

I have used services of Lord’s A/C company for about two years. They are excellent. Last Saturday night (!!!) at about 9:30 pm I called them - my smart thermostat was constantly showing an error message and was turning the A/C unit off. To my huge surprise Sam Hawa picked up the phone and said he will send technicians in the morning. I described what was happening in detail. Sam passed this information on to Diego who analyzed the info and told the technicians what the issue might me. They came on Saturday, fixed everything in about 30 minutes. The company is professional, friendly and ready to go an extra mile to provide superb service

BE CAREFUL
I requested a service for my air conditioning and they charged me $95 to go check it and that it would be part of the payment if something needed to be fixed. They had to change the capacitor and they charged me $95 plus $95 for the capacitor that costs $16 to $20 on Amazon. They charged me more than 5 times the value of the capacitor and the $95 for the call was never part of the capacitor change as they told me when I called. I think this is wrong that the customer is charged more than 5 times the value of the spare part and part of the service. I spoke to the owner and he was totally rude that if I didn't pay what he said he would remove the capacitor so I paid. The employees they came to my house were the only respectful.

I really enjoyed working with these folks and would highly recommend! Their service was Great, they said terrific expectations. They followed up. They answered my call when I had questions. They were terrific in every way highly recommended!

The two technicians were very professional. Due to a leakage, I thought I was going to have to buy a new water heater. They diagnosed the problem and replaced a pipe. This seems to have resolved the problem, and the cost of replacing the tube was much cheaper than having to buy a new water heater. I appreciate their work and will keep your company information handy should I need plumbing services in the future.

Responded quickly, had to replace a part not on the service truck. Went and picked it up and returned in a short time. Replaced the part, checked A/C unit for proper operation. Office and field staff were friendly. I highly recommend Lord’s A/C.

The technician arrived on time and performed the annual maintenance thoroughly and quickly. There were no issues found, and so the charge was just a very reasonable amount for the maintenance.

Lord's AC ALWAYS SHOWS UP! In South Florida when your AC breaks you need it fixed RIGHT AWAY... and I can't recommend LORDS enough.. they make sure to fit you in, even last minute, the servicemen are always kind, they diagnose the problem right away and get it up and running! Great service AND communication. On a personal level AND as a REALTOR I will always recommend them first.

Lords's a/c is great. This is the third time we've used them for repair service. Same day service each time. The technicians were friendly, straight forward, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the parts on the truck, and did the work quickly and we'll.

Very happy with new RHEEM ac and with Lords AC. Unit is Very quiet and efficient. From start on phone Sam was accessible always picked up the phone. Owner did conference call for final pricing. Lewis and Crew showed up early very focused and knowledgeable installation courteous; the back office took care of permit. I am thrilled. Happy my handyman recommend them and I strongly recommend them. Thank you for distressing my life.

Very friendly service helpful right from the beginning it was not an easy installation process. We ran into some problems, but they handled everything and they are super friendly.
