I was pleased with the repair. However, I was disappointed that your technicians did not know how to restore the existing thermostat that had been working correctly with the unit since it was installed in January. Their indication that it was too sophisticated for the unit required me to purchase a new thermostat that I can no longer monitor from Massachusetts which I was able to do until the day before the repair took place. My son, who is a software professional and installed the thermostat said that it would not have been working fine until the loss of freon caused the unit to not cool if it was too sophisticated for the unit.

It’s disappointing that after 25 years, I can no longer recommend the new owners of Lords AC. Just 18 months ago, I had a new AC system installed with them, spending over $3,000. Recently, I noticed a leak under the vent. Their technician came out on Friday and again today and confirmed it was caused by a faulty installation, which caused the trip system to fail. When I tried to address the $95 service fee, the phone representative was rude and refused to acknowledge any responsibility, despite this being directly related to their installation. He hung up on me. It’s truly unfortunate they no longer value their long standing, repeat, referring clients. Too bad.

Service is always good and technicians arrive on time and are knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
Also, on June 15, 2025, A/C not working properly, called around 6:30 pm and Maya was advised of my dilemma and she promptly addressed it and I was on the schedule for Monday and the technicians were at my home mid morning and took care of everything. A/C working again. Thank you Lords A/C.🙂

Quick and responsive, $95 for the inspection and $260 for 4lbs of freon refill, though $275 to weld two small cracks on a mini split exterior copper line seemed excessive. Crew was nice, had a challenge trying to pay by credit card over phone so ended up writing a check

I’ve been using lords A/C since 2015 for my annual maintenance and they were always great. Recently they merged with another company which made me a little nervous as I like to do business with people I’ve grown to trust and appreciate. However they did not disappoint. They provided Excellent service. I needed to have two complete units installed in my home. They got me pricing and options within the day. Came a day after I approved everything. The installation was seamless and the crew were clean, respectful and professional. I would highly recommend lords A/C.

The technicians from Lords A/C did a great job for me. They came to diagnose an issue and to service the unit. They were friendly and completed the job in a short period of time. I highly recommend them for A/C service, repair and replacement.

Sam was the agent who immediately answered my phone call after hours.
He patiently noticed my frantic dialog and put my at ease immediately with his calm, soothing demina and knowledgeable assistance in getting me help immediately.
He continue to follow up for 24 hours to assure me that both my air conditioner (central air unit) & plumbing that was flooding my cabinets would be fix's immediately!
I am so very impressed with this gentleman that I will be recommending your company to all my friends, families & neighbors.

I first heard of them through Facebook, called them to fix a horrible leak from the A C after having 2 different persons to fix it and unfortunately wasn't resolve I called them and it was resolved and reasonable price ,my AC was throwing air but it wasn't cold they came in to my mind Spoke with Edgar who was very diligent in helping me today they installed the Thermostat and we are happily enjoying cool air I highly recomend them to be honest,diligent,professional and reliable ❤

This is the worst tun company for air conditioner service. They charged me $1400 to fix my air conditioner, made me wait 6 weeks for a part that didn’t fix the problem. To their credit they came back to my home 5-6 to remedy the problem and it never did.
I was getting angrier n angrier each call back and was not very nice to their staff on the phone. My bad for that. The last person I spoke to was Sam. Stay away from him. He swore at me on the phone, said no one on staff wants to work w me and told me go elsewhere. They would not help me.

Lord's A/C repaired a problem with my A/C unit in a very timely and professional manner. I mostly dealt with this company through Sam. He was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

My service was above outstanding. I had called another company to come out to look at my air conditioner. The technician came out and told me that my ac system was too old and wasn't worth repairing. They wanted to replace it that same day. Luckily I told them to do it the next day. I gave them a deposit that day to start the process. I later thought to myself that my ac is working but the air handler is making noise. I ended up cancelling that check that night and contacting Lord's AC the next day. That was the best move I could have ever made. The next day their technician Julien and his assistant came out. They checked my ac and determined that the evaporator fan motor and blower wheel is what was making the noise.
Later that day I spoke with service advisor Sam. He gave me options to repair or replace. I took the repair option since my ac was working. The following day they replaced the parts at a fraction of the cost it would have been to go new. I know eventually I will have to replace it but for now it's working like new. I will definitely use Lord's AC for my ac replacement because I trust them.

LORDS AC and plumbing were amazing! They recently replaced some of my AC ductwork and the results were fantastic. Sam’s customer service made everything happen on time. From start to finish, the workers were prompt, courteous, innovative and professional. They took the time to explain the process, worked efficiently, and left my home clean. Our AC system is now performing better than ever. If you need dependable service and at a great price, this is the company to call. Highly recommend!

What a great company responded. Quick got me out of a pinch. I own a few properties. I bought a couple units from them great professionalism recommend them to anyone. What a fabulous AC company good trustworthy responsible people they do what they say they’re gonna do.

I know I’ve said this before but it’s the truth. I contacted them and it was amazing how they had someone out here exactly when they said they would and identified and corrected the problem could not thank them enough. The latest service was yesterday September 5, 2024.
I continue to use this company for all of my HVAC needs as well as referring them to friends and clients and always receive a big thank you for referring them. Everyone’s always so pleased with the company…
