Sais and his team at My A/C USA were great. He came on a Saturday afternoon to check on our A/C unit and came back on Sunday to fix it. I've dealt with a few A/C companies and Sais has been the best experience by far. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. The technician arrived two hours late, didn’t apologize, and seemed annoyed the whole time. He did a quick check of my AC unit, said it was fine, and left — even though it was still blowing hot air. When I called back to report the issue, they wanted to charge me again for another visit. It’s clear they just want to get paid, not actually fix anything. Poor service and even worse communication.

Sais is the best! His service is quick, efficient, and thorough, neat and always cleans up everything before he leaves.
In addition he is very friendly, personable,
and easy to work with.
I can't rate pricing because I rent, and the owner pays.
