Amazing service! Honest and super reliable. Replaced our AC unit, explained what was needed and why. They were reasonable and provided quick and great service. Highly recommend them.

I got my ac replaced with them in 2013 and since I did I have been having problems with it. Everyone that has gone out to look at it just says whoever replaced it for you did not install it correct, left pieces from my old unit etc. Ac units are suppose to last 10-15 years and my rheem only last 7 barely with problems every year. They want to take no responsibility for any of this and on top of it charge so much money to go out and “see” what is going on.

Had a new Split ac system put in and they damaged my walls. They came out to repair it and did a terrible job. Didn’t fix the electrical outlet that was popped off and said it was already this way. Unbelievably the owner called me and didn’t want to help. Never again. Stay away!

Jesse and FX Cooling did a great job they installed the air handler and took over the responsibility of someone else's work on the outside compressor when they didn't have to but they still did and did a phenomenal job and and they worked to get the issue resolved in a fair and Equitable manner.

Cooling Fx is graded number one for excellent overall performance. They installed a new Hvac unit and replaced all my duck works at my residence in Boynton Beach. In addition to that,They also maintained cleanseness. They left my home the same way they found it.
I recommend this excellent company to anyone that needs their services.

Crew repaired one unit in my house that required removal of the coil and inner parts of the unit and amazingly in the same day...replaced a full system on another part of the house. I highly recommend them as they are priced reseaonable and were very conscientious. Great company!!! Robert showed up to quote me and also checked up on Their crew during the Job.

This company stands by their mission statement , Honesty, Integrity , Reliability. Jessie has been my AC repair man greater than 5 years. His honesty and advice are impeccable. I can call or text him with an issue and he tells me via text or over the phone several things to try to resolve the problem myself or tell me honestly he needs to come by and repair it. We need more honest AC repair man like this. He even helped my mom . I cant begin to express how blessed And thankful I am to know Jessie and this excellent company. I'm in total awe!!!

This company does not understand the concept of customer service in the least. My downstairs neighbor in a condo I own was having his AC unit replaced. His unit happens to be right next to mine. My tenant came home from work that evening and contacted me to say that her place is hot and the AC is blowing warm air. She explains that there was an AC company working downstairs and asked if that would affect her AC. I said it should not but maybe go ask if they did anything. Before she could get downstairs, they were gone.

I go to my condo and find that the circuit breaker is missing from my unit which is why my compressor is not running. I called my neighbor who gives me the number of the AC company who I then call. I explain what happened and was told that I would get a call back. I get a call back shortly and was told the tech who was there earlier could not be reached but that someone else would be there within an hour. In the meantime, my neighbor and I were discussing the issue and he showed me that the breaker I thought was mine was actually his and the one I thought was his was mine. Who ever did the original installation swapped the positions of the breakers and the matching compressor.

He suggested the fuse might be blown so I went and bought new fuses. I installed the fuses and put the breaker in and the unit has been running ever since. I suspect the technician made the same mistake I did and originally pulled my breaker thinking it was my neighbors. In the process, maybe the fuse blew or the breaker was not re-seated properly when reinstalled. I find it highly unlikely that this company did absolutely nothing to cause my AC unit to stop working. Just too coincidental.

Nevertheless, no one ever showed up within the hour. I called the company back to tell them not to bother coming because I fixed it myself. I was told that the company owner had already spoken to the property owner and that he was coming to the property personally. Not sure who he spoke with but it wasn’t me.

Now if I were the company owner, I would have called the next day to apologize for any confusion or outage that his tech may have caused inadvertently. Of course, no call was ever made. A three-minute phone call would have earned some good will and a possible new customer in me in the future. Instead you have lost a customer forever.

I have been with this AMAZING company for over 12 years and can only say GREAT THINGS. We live in South Florida where it's hot most of the year. I know there are lots of different AC companies and you can't go wrong with the professionalism, friendliness, and they are VERY HONEST.
We need more professionalism like this company's. A life time extremely satisfied customer here and just call them. You'll notice how professional they are.

Thanks to someone who recommended us Cooling FX, the ac of the townhouse died in the middle of August! They came quickly, checked and gave us a temporary solution, since the unit had to be changed completely. At the moment they took charge of everything, in addition to a very good communication both with the office and with the staff that came to work. Highly recommended!

We've been using Cooling FX for about 6 years now for our residential and commercial properties and they have been outstanding. I recently had them replace my downstairs unit in my home and they gave me and excellent price and the work was highly professional and the final result, excellent. When it came time to replace the upstairs unit, I was only going to replace the air handler as the condenser was less than 6 years old and had only been used for a year before the air handlers stopped working. The techs discovered a leak in the condenser. Sean came out discovered where the leak was got, us a replacement part and saved us $800.00 on a new Condenser. Sean didn't stop till he got us going again at a price we could afford and Cooling FX has been the best. We would recommend them to anyone for the best quality at a reasonable price.

I have had Coolng FX work on my AC unit and also my dads AC unit. I chose them because they did not want to sell me a new AC like other companies did. They recommended that I repair my unit instead of buying a whole new one since mine was just a minor issue and my AC was only a few years old. I was quoted by another company with a full replacement and I felt they were trying to scam me. I really felt they were honest and trustworthy. They arrived during the specified window and were very professional. They cleaned everything up after they finished. I will call them again if I need them in the future. It has been 2 years since they serviced my unit and it’s been working great ever since. They were kind enough to educate me on how to keep my ac running properly by replacing the filter every month and some minor cleaning. I am greatful I was able to save thousands of dollars and maintain my ac in good condition. I wish more service companies operated this way. Thank you!
