Great service!!! Highly recommend JR AC. My AC went out last Monday in the late afternoon. I called and Joe picked up. He came by and inspected the unit and unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced after 20 years of service. The pricing for the replacement unit was competitive. The next morning he came in and installed the new unit from 9am-12:30pm. Installed without any hassles. The new AC is blowing cold air great. With over 30 years of service I can see why. Great communication, professional, and honest to work with!!!

When you think of a company that is always dependable, stands by their work, takes care of their customers, Joe and his son are the real thing. I have been using them for years from annual maintenance to installing a new AC unit. Their prices are very competitive and you get a company that is just the best to work with.

Joe and Mike were professional, honest and extremely helpful in addressing an a/c issue that my prior a/c company was unable to correct. I eventually used them for my new a/c unit and they installed it without issue. They also took the time to answer all my questions , even days after the installation. It is rare to find such an honest a/c company in South Florida that focuses more on assisting the customer then trying to sell you something you don’t need. I was very fortunate to have been referred to them.

Joe Russo, the owner of JR Air Conditioning, was recommended to me by my neighbor after another AC company had damaged my system beyond repair. Joe used a logical step-by-step approach to figure out exactly what had gone wrong with my AC and recommend the appropriate new system for the size and idiosyncrasies of my home. He was able to explain to me exactly what had caused my system to fail, which I researched online to confirm and to try to understand more thoroughly - his nuanced knowledge was impressive. His team installed my new system and made additional adjustments that ensured everything was working correctly. I appreciated Joe's comprehensive approach to my problem, his clear and timely communication, and his ability to solve the challenges caused by my home's floor plan and construction. His pricing was reasonable and his customer service superlative. He will be my go-to guy for any future AC needs and I have already recommended him to others.

Joe and his son Michael came to my house after we had been having issues with our 4 ton HVAC unit. When they got there, they did an assessment of both our units, 4 and 3 ton. They found multiple issues and a few other items to help with efficiency.

They have been very responsive, reasonable pricing, and are just awesome gentleman.

I would refer them to anyone and everyone, they are my go to HVAC team.

This people are scam
I hired them last week to instal attic insulation
They didn't cover my a/c unit inside the attic
And insulation came down through
the walls my a/c unit got busted
They came to check the problem and want $ 250.00 to fix it

I want to know what was the last time you checked the records of people you send into our workplaces and houses? I had a terrible experience with one of the guys, rude, cursing, bad behavior and top of that, always on the phone

Changes the appointment without notification. When called they added a week and was like oh we were book and didn’t schedule until another week from the expect date. I guess that’s typical here in South Florida.

I have used Cooling FX for over 12 years. They are professional, reliable and provide great service. They have never disappointed.
