Left messages at some other AC companies with no call backs. On recommendation from colleague called AMI. Spoke with Robin, NOT an answering machine, she was clear and concise and let me know they could have someone at my house today. I asked if she knew approximately when and after a few minutes was able to confirm within the hour.
Dustin arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of current system and took info for replacement quotation.
Excellent customer service.
Update: I had AMI replace my 3.5 ton package unit. Great install team led by Casey. They paid attention to details such as matching the mastic to the galvanized, and taping off the edges so that the mastic had a straight edge line. Sounds trivial but even the city inspector commented positively on the job.
All details were followed through and the permit closed out promptly. Everyone I dealt with from AMI was courteous and very helpful. I have no reservations recommending them for your A/C needs..

I needed a new AC unit, so I shopped around. First of all, AMI and Corey was the only company to give me a thorough quote and breakdown. I really appreciated that. He also offered multiple options and explained the differences.

AMI's installer was very professional and thorough. He was punctual and tidy as well. They were also great about following up to ensure everything was taken care of and met my expectations.

They're definitely not the cheapest around, but they seem to give the best service. I highly recommend AMI.

We've been long time customers of AMI since about 2012-13. They've have always met our HVAC needs with new installs and services. Recently AMI Technicians, Allen Marte, and Stephon Augustine removed and replaced our HVAC systems.

They both were very knowledgeable when I asked questions related to the new system and additional needs with a soft-start component. It was a all day job for them and their performance met our expectations. You can see that they hold themselves and their work product to high standards and quality.

AMI air has impressed us again with a great all around job.

what I have to said about this business is bad. They got a contract from my association in Gateland village. they disconnect my AC unit, without disconnect the wire, them they broke the wire, later on tell the association the i need to pay for a new wire, so they can connect my AC back. that cost me $350.00 dollars for the irresponsibility of they worker.

Adam did a great job replacing our condenser coil and getting us back up and running. He did an excellent job cleaning the unit prior to installing the new coils and the air seems a lot cleaner, not to mention nice and cool.

Today I am very happy. My mother Judy called on Monday (Labor day)and we had some here the next day! Seth is very professional and works quickly and efficient. Our AC was back up and running in no time. My mother has been using AMI air since the 70s and we will continue to because the service is great!

AMI is an amazing HVAC provider. Adam installed an APCO-X Whole House Air Treatment Center and did an amazing job. He explained the need for the unit, and the many benefits. He also cleaned our unit and provided routine maintenance. Adam was wearing a mask and was professional in all respects. I highly recommend Adam and AMI!

We have had our AC serviced twice by this company. Both times, they came out the same day. Most recently, our AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the night while I was 38 weeks pregnant. I called and left a message at 1 AM, they called me back at 7:45 AM and were here to fix it at 8:15 AM. They had our AC up and running again in 30 minutes. They are an amazing company with great customer service. I cannot recommend them enough.

I recently had my AC replaced by Allen and Stephon and they did a phenomenal job. They showed up timely, were very courteous, and left everything tidy! Their expertise really stood out—they patiently answered all my questions, provided maintenance advice, and clearly take pride in their work, never cutting corners. I have used AMI for AC repairs before and the tech George was always very kind and pleasant to work with, which is why I came right back to AMI when it was time for this new AC. Their prices are fair and they always came out within a reasonable time when I needed repairs. I truly appreciate George’s honest advice in the times he has done repairs.

AC stopped working at our shop. Of course during the hottest month of August. Fixed 24 hours later for $300. They didn't take a swing at us. They call it like it is (bad capacitor). 3rd time using this company. Thanks for the service.

I've been an AMI customer for 5+ years, including installation of a new system, regular maintenance, and various upgrades. All of my experiences with them have been great - prompt, professional, and fairly priced. Their technician, Seth, has been to our house for our last few maintenance appointments and has definitely kept up the tradition of excellent customer service! I recommend AMI whenever I can!

I selected AMI because they were local, long term, family run business and had a high rating and volume on Angie's List. Compared with only one other company. An in-law in the business stressed that it's not just the install, you want to make sure the company is there for service and that their equipment vendors are providing good support. Well, thus far I believe AMI has all the bases covered. The pre-sale consultation by Corey was also important to me. Corey clearly knows the industry, the equipment and was patient with all my questions and changes to the quote. He gave me confidence I was making the right choice in unit and company. A quality and clean install, a post install visit and QA check, and they indicate they use equipment (made in the USA) and where they get good support. The install crew of Santi, Stephan & Harold were friendly and accommodating (and prepared for the rain - sorry). A QA follow-up the next day by Adam was great and he let me watch and ask all the questions I wanted.

We had a full AC system replaced. Casey made the process of choosing a new unit and coordinating the installation easy and pleasant. Adam and Jeff did a great job on the installation. All they were on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and answered all my question. The job was completed in a day as anticipated; We definitely recommend AMI Air for your next AC job.

Very friendly staff. the customer service desk always answered the phone and answered my questions. Talking with the manager Cacey was down to earth and Fair. He was to the point with prices and was very competitive with the other quotes i had. from the time of down payment to fully installed only took 5 days. My installers, Allen. M and Stephan. A, were Perfectional and clean with my house. i appreciated that when i got home everything was all ready running cool and was given a great run down on all the improvements and important things to know. 10/10 would recommend these guys over the 3 big name companies here in south Florida if you know what Im saying.
Ps. Thank you Seth (an AMI tech), for referring me to AMI, and more importantly for working with me on the phone to help diagnos my AC troubles befor the new install. It got my AC working for the whole time while I waited for the new install so I wasn't stuck withought air in this florida heat.

Today AMI sent over Michael. I have used AMI for years and all their Techs are excellent but Michael exceeded all expectations. He knows what he is doing and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain everything that was done and answered questions we had along the way. He went the extra mile to ensure everything was working and done right.
AMI should be very proud to have him on their team. He did an awesome job representing an awesome AC Company.
Good people like him are not easy to find and keep. Congratulations to him and AMI for consistently sending the best.

We had several sales people come by and give us various quotes. We were very pleased with Casey- he was honest and worked with our budget- he was very thorough with his explanation of what we needed and what we didn’t need.

Within 48 hours we had the two best installers at our house!
We had our entire AC system replaced today.

We are so thrilled with Allen Marte & Stephon Augustine!!! These two young men worked so well together! They were amazing!! The did such an EXCELLENT job!!! They were professional- thorough- clean and they were courteous and so easy to have in our home. It’s like we had family over fixing our AC system! We appreciate their hard work and they had a great attitude even though it felt like a thousand degrees! They answered our questions and made sure we understood our new system! I can’t say enough about them both! You don’t find such great customer service and exceptional people skills but with Allen and Stephon we did! I highly recommend this company and when you’re ready to install your system - definitely ask for Allen and Stephon- they are the dynamic duo! Great company- great price- great people- great service!
