The installation went as planned, replacement of both inside and outside units . The estimated time for the job was five hours, the two technicians finished in two and a half hours. Financial terms was available and easy to apply online.All work was done promptly and very neat clean up of area. Thanks so very for all your help.

I needed service on Saturday evening between Christmas and new years and Vincent showed up working a couple hours and got everything working. Very nice guy and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions.

I give ACA five (5) stars concerning how the company work with me during our negotiations with the cost for the job. We decided on a time and date, and they prompted. They did a great job installing the AC unit which in a differcult task.( I did believe they would be able to it, but they did). They even cleaned up behind themselves. I was very pleased and would recommend their service, they did a great job! Thanks!

Your installer was very friendly and worked continually to get the job done. His assistant did what was required along the way.
I consider the entire installation day to be done in excellence and when completed, the area was left very clean.

Stay away from this company! They are far from professional. I hired them for a suspected drain line clog. They told me I need a duct cleaning, UV light installation, and a drain line flush, for a total of $1500! I agreed to the flush and the UV light and negotiated them down. My technician Jean insisted I pay him up front, before he even fixed my problem. When the work was done, Jean guaranteed that he fixed the problem. But he didn’t. So he came back later in the day to “fix” it again and guaranteed again that he fixed the problem this time. But he didn’t. When I got home from work, my AC unit was literally raining water from below! Water was everywhere; this was 100 times worse than it ever was before! I messaged the company and asked them to come back immediately. They said I’d have to pay a $200 emergency fee. These people are crooks and definitely not experienced. Jean was 100% salesman and 0% repairman. All this company cares about is money and not taking care of the customer.

I got the service subscription and it is basically worthless. The technician DID NOT even change the filter!!! I am blown away by how terrible this HVAC "servicing" was performed (or should I say not performed). They also try to sell you an entire new unit for any minor thing, where they are expecting that you think it is serious and will give in and buy an ENTIRELY new HVAC system for a part or something you can fix or clean yourself for a few bucks. Be warned!

Yesterday we were not happy but today the company owner sent a supervisor Jean to correct the issue. Jean took his time to ensure the line was clear and replaced the float device. Much happier.

The team at ACA was wonderful, highly recommend them!! Their price was the best, given I am usually over charged for living in a nice area, but I work hard for my $$, so I’m even more happy!

One thing I would change is the delivery of their estimate. Didn’t hear from them in three week, when I called the office the estimate had arrived nearly two weeks earlier but it was never sent, nor was I ever reached / followed through. However, I am happy I did! They installed almost immediately once I accepted the bid. Very informative during the process, the team was very professional and ensure the installation was done properly. Thanks to Tony, Muller, Stanley and Noel for the great team work!

Came out on short notice and gave me 3 different estimates to fix my thermostat. Very happy and will make a decision soon.

Followed up with the company that installed my unit. All parts were still good and unit was flushed and cleaned. Numbers were running fine. They replaced thermostat for next to nothing.

Thank you for replacing my old AC unit, new one works well. I wish that during installation there was AC filter provided. I had to make a run to Home Depot to purchase a filter at the end of the day. Also, when initiating finance payments, notifying clients of an additional charge for the account set up fee would aid in full transparency.
Additionally, Tony was highly informative during my previous service calls for the old AC. He was the reason I decided to contact the company and move forward with new installation.

Jean from Advance Cool Air diagnosed my problem and gave a fair assessment of the issue. Jean’s service was great. The other issues that I am unhappy about are related to a past visit and the $800 stop-leak service provided to me that did not last more than 3 1/2 months.

Heater blew out in the middle of bad cold snap with a newborn baby. ACA was able to come out that evening to diagnose and fixed the issue the next day. Amazing customer service, expertise, and competitive pricing!

Junior and his helper Kary did an outstanding job installing my new AC unit. He explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The system runs well and he even took the time to walk me through the settings and maintenance tips. Professional and courteous, recommend Junior for any HVAC needs!

Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. We had a brand new air conditioner system installed costing over $8000. They installed the system and six months later it needed repair. The estimated price to repair was almost $1000. I couldn’t get the owner on the phone even after a different technician said “this shouldn’t be happening and that estimate is very high, I’ll try to get it lowered” I could go on and on about their unfair business practices but the bottom line: save yourself the headache and stay far away from these scammers.

He explained everything clearly, checked all the key parts, and made sure our system was running smoothly before leaving. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work. The whole process was quick and easy, highly recommend for anyone needing reliable AC maintenance!

Paid for service done on Aug 11 which included clearing out drain pipes. Strangely in Dec needed another service call, turns out the pipes weren’t completely cleared out Aug 11 and technician (who was very nice and informative) showed me how neglected the pipes were. Unfortunately he charged me for the service again despite my complaining to him about the recent service I had in which this should have been done already. I wrote an email and never heard back from anyone.

I had a really positive experience with Advance Cool Air. Their pricing was fair and straightforward, without any hidden surprises, which I really appreciated. The technicians were professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also cleaned up after the job, which shows real attention to detail.

What impressed me most was their availability — they were able to schedule me quickly, and even offer emergency service if needed. Living in Florida, that’s a huge relief when the AC stops working in the heat.

I had a 20+ year old unit go out and I decided it was time to replace it. The whole team was very helpful throughout the entire process and was competitive when it came to the price since I had several estimates before I made my decision to go with Advance. I liked Tony's professionalism and ability to inform me on the different Seer ratings, upgrading from a 2 ton unit to a 2.5 ton with a 16 Seer ratings which has an FPL rebate and tax benefits as well.
After that, Muller stepped in and helped me tremendously with his knowledge and ability. He's actually also one of the gentlemen who came early the next morning to do the installation, which I'm told is unusual for him but it was a treat. He has mad skills doing the Hoakie Poakie of installs 🤯. Also, Dimitri was extremely helpful with the duct cleaning, even brought down all the vents covers and cleaned them up like new. They cleaned everything afterwards and I don't know the name of the gentlemen who did the portion of the install on the roof, but he is pictures in my attachments. He was very friendly and helpful as well! Overall I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience and I will definitely be recommending to all my business clients who need service or installs!
