I've known Amil since I lived at this complex and really grateful for the opportunity to experience his professionalism.. Amil has shown his professionalism by being skillful in his duties, always on time and a pleasant person to communicate with regarding AC issues. Amil listens with patience and makes an effort to quietly complete his services. Amil is always, I mean always on time.. Thank you Amil.. Likewise, I had an opportunity to meet another tech today, Rudolph, really pleasant and kind. Rudolph jumped right into providing his services by applying his skills as well to accomplish the task of restoration to my AC unit.. Thank you fellows. Job well done!!!

I have had AMI air conditioning and service for 4 years. I received prompt service this morning, after my air conditioning stopped working. Steven, from AMI, came out, found the issue quickly, checked and found a new part locally, and provided quick and reliable service to get my air conditioning fixed and working again. He showed courtesy, professionalism, and responsibility to get the job done efficiently. He kept the area clean, as well.

I had a good experience with AMI Air Conditioning. They were hired to help me detach and reset an air handler, as well as clean out the coil and blower on my A/C system. A few weeks later, they were hired to install an A/C stand and a new supply air plenum. The technician who came over to do the work was clean and respectful. I also had to discuss a billing question with Mr. Mullins and he responded rather promptly and professionally to my inquiry. I really appreciated his level of professionalism. Sometimes when you ask a contractor about pricing they get sensitive and/or offended. That wasn't the case with Mr. Mullins. He took the time to address my concerns and made me feel at ease. I recommend this company for all your A/C needs. They are trustworthy and do good work.

Seth Is amazing! he is an indoor air quality expert. We had a major problem with biological growth growing all over the inside and outside of our AC unit. He wiped down all the wires that had "biological growth" if ya know what im sayin! now my AC unit looks brand new again, is cooling better than ever before and is well protected with a UV light.

This was my first service with AMI. I was fortunate enough to have my technician ADAM who, not only was prompt, thorough and completely professional, but truly cared about making sure my Air Conditioners were all running smoothly. AMI have been my AC company for years. I have always appreciated their professionalism and quick response to any issue we have had.
Today, Anil was my service provider and I found him to be very thorough. He did our maintenance check and when an issue was noted he corrected it efficiently and quickly. Thankfully the item was still under warranty. I am so glad you have such a knowledgeable and gracious employee. Thank you Anil and AMI for making me a very happy customer!

AMI has been professional, courteous, and efficient in both install and service. With two HVAC systems and one mini split installed in 2017, AMI has serviced and repaired all systems. Between the office and service technicians, the company has been stellar overall. The latest maintenance service included a thorough run through of all three systems, detecting a leak in one. Adam, the service technician assigned, was meticulous in his evaluation to ensure all systems were efficiently working. Excellent service, staff, company...most of all honest and reliable with superior customer service.

I noticed our air conditioning unit was starting to blow warm air on Friday afternoon so I call A. M. I and they came right out. Anil was great and showed me the problem. Unfortunately our unit needed to be replaced (it was no longer under warranty) and the cost to repair it not worth it. He temporarily fixed the problem so we had cool air for the weekend . They were here first thing on Monday. I cannot tell you how wonderful Adam and Nathan were. They kept everything super clean inside the house and out. Super polite and always made sure the doors were closed as to not let our dogs get out. They answered all my questions and told me not to hesitate to call the office if I had any more. A.M.I by far is the best Air Conditioning Service around. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Once again AMI has come through for us! Our AC went out yesterday afternoon. They got to us almost immediately. The office dispatcher was very helpful and followed-up when there was a short delay (due to a lightening storm they couldn't get on the roof). The techs (Mauricio and Alejandro) were professional and efficient. We are grateful for such reliable and fairly priced service.

I would also like to thank Steven for coming so quickly to resolve my drainage issue with my AC. Couldn't go through the weekend without my AIR conditioning!

I couldn’t be happier with the the service I received from A.M.I. I recently had a new AC unit installed and Casey promptly provided 3 options, answered my many questions via phone calls and texts, worked with me on the payment, and finally scheduled the install within a couple of days. The installers Alan and Stephan were on time, knowledgeable, polite, and did an amazing job. My new unit is working perfectly. Thank you A.M.I.

We had an old ac for our condo. We got the name from a neighbor who had used them. We had several companies come and candidly didnt have the professional and expertise like AMI. Professional company from all phases estimate to follow up post installation. The owner who came to give us a price for the job always available to answer questions never felt pressure. The people who answer the phones excellent the guys who installed the unit all pros and excellent at doing the work.

I have been using AMI for over 10 years now and I am always pleased with their service. When my AC dies I never worry because I know AMI will fix my issue in the most efficient and effective way. Love having these guys on my speed dial. The tech that came out today was Anil. I called them at 9am and was cold by 12pm. Anil came in and in less than 5 minutes found the issue. Highly recommend this company for all your cooling needs.

We have been using AMI for about a decade and received great service and advise, every time. I highly recommend them.
They used to maintain our old unit, once it was time to replace it, they gave us great suggestions and a very good price.
Today one of their techs (Amin, super professional and courteous!) came for a coil cleaning and installed a UV light. He left the work area spotless.

We have been long-time customers of AMI Air. Over the years we have purchased multiple air conditioning units from them and have had service contracts with them. We keep coming back because they give prompt, friendly service and are very knowledgeable about air conditioning. In addition, they don't try to upsell you or sell you what you don't truly need. It's very refreshing when you meet service people who take such pride in their work and are there for you when you need them.

We had a full AC system replaced. Casey came to our home to explain our options and made the process of choosing a new unit and coordinating the installation easy and pleasant. Allen, who did the initial visit and then the installation was the best. He
did a great job, paying amazing attention to detail. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that was being done and answered all my question. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly.

Our experience with AMI has been amazing! We first spoke with Robin, who was very helpful, and understanding with our situation. Our previous AC company - who we were a client of for over 10 years - would not honor the warranty for our coils! AMI confirmed our coils were still covered by our warranty, and installed a new set for us, and the process was simple and easy! Our technician was Anil, he was professional, friendly, and very neat with his work. He answered all our questions, and concerns about our unit. We are thankful for finding AMI, because the company we used for several years were not as thorough or professional! Called them on a Saturday with a tropical storm coming. Our air went out. Of course. They were able to get us back up super quickly. Their tech Allen Mart was phenomenal, he had us back up within 10 minutes of his arrival. Can’t say enough good things!!

Incredible service. I got lucky, techinican/Adam was here within 20 minutes of my calling. And he also had to motor my air conditioner needed with him so he was able to replace it. He also answered all the questions I had about my air conditioner and it's condition and offered recommendations. I will call AMI Air again when this unit needs servicing and/or replaced. Outstanding service all the way around.
