These folks are incredible! My 10+ year old AC system failed, and Cooling FX handled everything perfectly. They gave me the full range of options, from repairing the existing unit, to a full system upgrade. I chose to upgrade to a new system, and Cooling FX was able to install the new system the next business day. Pricing was fair, and there was no feeling of sales pressure. The technicians were professional and competent - They even cleaned up so well, I don't think my home was that clean before they got here! Cooling FX is my air quality partner for life!

I took a chance using this company because i see their company trucks driving when i leave work. I am glad i took a chance with them and not a big named company again. Jesse the owner came out to my house and quoted me the best option for the size house i have. This company seemed to understand my needs better then the bigger companies did. He figured out the best unit for me and explained to me the difference between some of the other units i had asked about. I never knew that multiple units are the exact same units just with different names and prices. It’s about time someone was honest with me and my $$$. Work was done in a couple hours and i went from an all in one old unit to a seperate outside inside unit. So glad i did. I noticed the difference in savings in my electric bill on next bill. I will definitely be using this company as long as i live in South Florida. The savings on my monthly electric will pay for this unit in no time. I Appreciate Cooling Fx!!!!

Had a leak and other issues, called Cooling FX not knowing to much about the company. I needed my AC fixed ASAP and I called very friendly office team to assist you. I was so surprised that before I was done talking she already had a tech ready to come to my home. The tech arrived 30 mins later professional and nice with safety procedures in place do to covid) he was knowledgeable and quick to find the issue. Was expecting to pay more because of the Rush and end of day, was very happy with pruce and services. Most of all they cleaned as they worked.

Cooling FX is a god sent. Jesse tries his best to assess the problem first before fixing and charging for repairs unnecessarily. Joanna goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service by calling to inform customers of when technicians will arrive promptly. I had to wait two weeks for parts to arrive and Joanna stayed on top of the process the entire way. Every day she would contact me to give me an update and made me feel very satisfied and secure that my ac would be fixed as expected. She is the reason I will always call on Cooling FX for my air conditioning needs!

I have a lot of work done completed by Cooling FX and I do not have one bad thing to say about the company. They are extremely professional and always provide the quality work. The owner is great and so is his team. I have used them for several projects and they have always provided the best possible price in compared to competitors and the best quality. I would strongly recommend using them. I have gone through a ton of AC and Refrigeration contractors in South Florida and no one comes close to Cooling FX.

Was getting multiple estimates from AC companies to replace my aging 27 year old unit. A friend recommended Cooling FX. They're ratings were good and fair pricing. Thanks to Carlos and David for the installation, they were done in 6 hours. Thanks to Rafael for a follow-up call. Glad I went with Cooling FX.

Easy to book, came right out and fixed my issue first shot. Went above and beyond and checked all the health of the unit just to ensure things would continue to operate well.

First used Cooling FX as with a Groupon maintenance deal. Was very impressed the three services. A couple of years later, called Joanna at Cooling FX when coil issue on unit I had for over ten years occurred. Cooling FX recommended a Goodman to replace the now-energy-sucking outdated unit, inside and out. Roberto and Brandon arrived a couple of days later and quickly installed the air handler and condenser unit, my family and I were cool in no time. They even deducted $150 at end as a part of an FPL rebate. Will also claim this energy-saving unit on my taxes as well. Great job FX.

Absolute worse customer service I have ever seen in my life. Just spent thousands of dollars with these guys and none of my AC's work. They refuse to honor their warranty or even help. The person on the phone was extremely rude, just can't believe this is how you treat customers that spend thousands of hard working dollars with you. Great way to go out of business if you ask me. There are plenty of other companies that care, stay away from this one.

BEWARE !!!!!! This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Lady was absolute rude as can be on the call. I spent over $100,000 buying a new AC system from this company. All I have had is issues and problems. They have now come out 11 times to fix this AC. Absolutely horrible. Furthermore the lady that answers the phone is just rude as can be and ask like she doesn't care about anything. I can't believe this place is even in business, I would give them - stars if I could. Just look at their other 1 star reviews as well and I think you will get the digest of this company values and customer service.

Issues #2 now I have a massive leak that has completely destroyed my master bedroom, because these guys forgot to plug the condensation line and entire unit drained behind all my walls. Now I have to find a remodel company to rebuild my room and a mold company to get all the water out. This AC company says, this happens all the time, not really anyones fault. Are you kidding me? You should lose your license.

I’ve been using Mr. Air-for a couple years and am always very satisfied with their work. Anytime I need them they are prompt, professional and reliable. I would highly recommend them.

An overall excellent service!

Other companies will do the minimal effort to maintain your AC until it blows out or malfunctions and then they sell you a replacement unit. Not the case with My Air Conditioning USA.

They are thorough on every service they provide. My AC runs great and have had no issues at all. If you make sure you replace your filters, clean your lines from time to time, and get a yearly service from My Air Conditioning USA, your AC will run very smooth.
