Pete showed up exactly on time, which completely caught me off guard. He inspected my AC, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Today my AC seems to be working much better. Excellent service!

So where do I start... first, their response time is top notch and they always go beyond their call of duty! I know I can trust this company with no doubt that they are gouging or charging me for something I don't need. Hands down the best a/c company I have ever used and will continue to use as needed!! I contacted Briggs Cooling because our AC unit was not cooling. It was a Sunday and 90 degrees with a newborn in the house so you can imagine our need to have it fixed quickly. They answered and sent a tech out to the house within an hour of the call. They were professional and pricing is very competitive. The tech wore a mask and gloves during the entire service. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs.

I have dealt with Pete many times, and he has always been very professional and resolved my issues. I had a difficult to detect issue with my AC, and Pete always worked with me to locate the problem and resolve it. He has always been very receptive to my calls/texts and does his best to make time for me when his schedule permits. I highly recommend his service.

When our wall unit died, we finally decided to install a ductless air-conditioner. After reaching out that afternoon, they were out the next morning to inspect the space. They were very helpful explaining the installation process. They were even able to install the next day. Installation was quick and easy, and they left a clean work site when done. The team was very friendly.

He was able to solve our on going issue quickly and at a fair price. He’s was not only on time and answered his phone, he also called to check in after his visit to ensure the problem was truly fixed.
