Briggs is the BEST! They are on time, clean up when they are finished and the price is right on. They did work on my unit and got the heating aspect working. A few days later a minor part broke and they came back out and fixed it for free. Its hard to find an honest AC company in south florida but these guys are the one. I work in real estate and recommend this company to all my clients that need anything when they are having AC problems.

Pete did a wonderful job installing a new AC unit in my home. He was full of knowledge and seemed to genuinely care. The service was quick and he was very easy to get ahold of. In the middle of Florida summer heat, I needed someone to quickly fix a problem and he did a FABULOUS job. 5 stars. I recommend!!

Briggs is honest ! My 82 year old friends Ac went out on record hot days other ac companies , all ac companies were booked for weeks Briggs was on site in less than 24 hours he knew there was a 82 year old alone . He made time . Companies have ripped my elderly friend off but not Briggs . He charged $185.00. He cleaned the unit and drained the excess moisture out. got the house cool again and even helped my friend move a few heavy boxes . We were working on a mold remediation due to our AC unit and called out what seemed to be a reputable repair person. Unfortunately and fortunately that repair person disappeared on us and left us high and dry.
Then Pete was recommended and like a superhero came in and saved the day.
Not only did he do a fantastic job but he took care of us like we were family.

Pete and his team were awesome, They did a great job installing a mini-split system for our house. They were on time; price was good and very courteous. I usually don't recommend many people, but I can confidently recommend Briggs for your AC/HVAC needs.

I called with a problem and within a couple of hours they were at my house. They meticulously cleaned out a clogged dryer line which was causing condensation and a leak in my ceiling. Their price was incredibly reasonable. They will be my go to company should I need any future air conditioning service or repair

Proserv installed our AC unit in 2018. They did a professional job, and we have not had any problems. Would recommend them. They are responsive to any calls.

I recently bought a house and since I didn't know the past of the A/C unit I contracted this company to do the multi-point inspection. During the inspection the guy found everything fine, pointed some cheap work done in the past by the previous owner and all that made sense. However, he mentioned that my freon was low and needed from 2-3lb, which seems a lot from what I research, but since I'm not familiar with this A/C and the A/C is running for a long period of time I decided to accept. The technician took less than 5 minutes and said it was ready and no leaks after that (another weird part). Researching it can't be that fast to put freon and that my A/C should be in way worse condition if was that low. I waited few weeks before doing the review because I have the Nest thermostat and I was following week after week if the performance improved (maybe the technician was right and my research was wrong...), but unfortunately the performance of my A/C didn't change at all. It stills doing the same values as before the "extra" freon. The company seems to be very good and a good phone service, but I feel ripped off on the service, won't use them again.

We called for a full AC service, but after that AC started leaking inside the house. Technician came 3 times but he didn't fix the problem. We had to call another Service Provider and pay again for the job.

Got a Rheem model from them exactly 1 year ago. Few weeks back the AC stopped working. Called Proserv - they sent a technician. The technician quickly says "motor isn't working". We pay for a new motor, comes to fix it and same thing. So now he says " thermostat isint working". Unbelievable. Cant take the old motor now because he needs to take it back to Rheem so they get the credit for it. We still had warranty - so parts were covered but not labor. They say labor is $450! What a joke company! Avoid!
