I was in need of a UV light for our AC unit. Proserv America was professional, reliable and cost effective. Installation was quick and efficient and the tech was very knowledgeable. Tech wore shoe coverings, face mask and gloves for our protection. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!

Calling Preserv America Air and Heat, was the best thing we ever did. They did a great job. It was easy to talk with them, and we felt they were very honest. Their prices were also extremely reasonable. Would recommend them to everyone.

I am very satisfied with the service this Company offered me. From the time I called at 6:00 pm to the time they made it to my house, it was only an hour; then the technician checked the A/C, found what was wrong, and fixed it all in about forty minutes. I will definitely continue to use and refer them to my friends and family. Thank you Proserv America!

Proser America provided me an exceptional great service, they inspected my Air Condition Unit, took care of the warranty process to get the replacement compressor and kept me well informed of the whole process, very professional and reliable.

Don't usually take the time to write reviews because I feel its a waste of my energy but I'm making an exception this time due to the terrible service provided by this company and hopefully influence anyone reading this to not give this company one penny of your hard earned dollar or time.

Company shows up, technician tries to sell me a product called fiberlock? for $75 dollars per vent after I was given the price of $20 per vent. I told him I was not interested and told him just to do 11 vents for $20 each as quoted. Office calls me immediately for payment and one was made over the phone with credit card. The technicians start removing ceiling vents and a few minutes later tell me that they are unable to continue because they did not have a big enough ladder for the job, although they were informed in advance when we scheduled the visit that one would be needed.

Office calls me back to tell me that they will need to reschedule for the next day since non of their other technicians can come out and bring a ladder on that day. I agreed to meet them the next day and explained to Andrea that it was very important that they finished the job because I had a clearance inspection that depended on the A/C vents being cleaned and would need to miss work an extra day to ensure that the duct cleaning was completed before the inspection the next day.

Office confirms the schedule for the next day and tells me that they will need to charge me $40 dollars per vent instead of $20 even though they had already charged me and started the job. I was very upset but due to the time crunch I agreed to pay an extra $220 dollars in addition to the $220 I had previously paid and was told they would come out between 9am and 11 am. Next morning comes, its 11:30 am and I call the office for a status they inform me that they will be unable to make it.

At this point I had lost two days of work. I have several vents on the floor that were never put back up. I was unable to find another company with such short notice to do the work. Had to reschedule the inspection for another day and miss work and all they could tell me was they were sorry. Well yes they are... they are very sorry and that is why I would advice anyone reading this not to hire them.

I used Proserv constantly in my real estate business. The office staff are always very friendly and professional. The technicians dispatch quickly, locate the issues and call me from the job sites. I would highly recommend this company for any AC issues you need remedied.

My AC stopped working last week and I received a magazine advertising Proserv America. They came immediately to give me an estimate with all the information about the replacement. I decided to move forward with them, very professional and courteous. Highly
recommended.

Brand new A/C unit purchased and installed by ProServ stopped working after about 9 months, and I had them come out and clean the condenser lines. This was not covered by any warranty and I had to pay for this service. Three months later the A/C stopped working again. This time I called a different company (Above Air, which I HIGHLY recommend). They showed me the absolutely FILTHY, clogged condenser lines and told me there was no way they were EVER cleaned, let alone 3 months ago.

Bottom line: I don't trust ProServ. They either intentionally ripped me off or else are grossly incompetent. AVOID PROSERV!!!

I absolutely recommend this company for any AC Service you need. The experience I had today with one of their AC Technician, Mr Jose Davila, was superb. He was very professional, knowledgable, informative and super polite. The company also deliver same day Appointments, which is another important plus point. Job well done. Thank you

Called company out for a screeching noise with external AC unit. They told me I needed the fan blade and fan motor replaced. I paid the technician to perform the work and the next day noticed there was a new noise from the fan motor. Called them back to have it checked and they told me they couldn't hear it so it must be something else. I had 2 other companies come out and tell me that the fan motor was making the noise. So I decided to call ProServ back to change the faulty fan motor they replaced. They came out, said they still can't hear the noise and would not replace it. Now I have to spend even more money to have the fan motor replaced by a different company.
Avoid ProServ America at all costs.

Made an apportionment to get an AC Duct replacement estimate. Set a time and waited during that time for hours. No one showed up no one called, when I called them they said they would need to reschedule as the tech could no longer come that afternoon since it was getting late. Rescheduled to be the first appointment the very next Monday. Again waited all morning during the scheduled time, no one showed up. They claimed they called to verify and did not get an answer so they canceled the appointment. Again, I had no calls and waited for nothing. I guess they have too much business already. I will go with a company that can follow through. Cant show up to get an estimate I assume they wont show up to do the work.

We just moved to Coconut Creek and while I was changing the AC filter, noticed the air duct was really dirty so I figured I would call someone to come clean them all. I had no idea where to start so when I saw Proserv's ad in one of those local deal mags, I figured I would give them a call.

Andrea was very knowledgeable and friendly over the phone. A week later, Javier and Gabriel called to let me know they were on their way. I really liked getting the call first. They spent HOURS cleaning all the vents and from the looks of them, I don't think they were cleaned in a very long time. Javier brought to our attention an issue behind the dryer that we weren't aware of- a real fire hazard- and for that, we are very grateful.

We opted to also get the 24 point AC tune-up as well and the tech for that, Damien, was amazing! I had been complaining to my husband that I couldn't really feel the cool air blowing and we were hoping after a good cleaning, that would improve and it has!! I can tell a difference compared to how it was before. Damien really knows his stuff! It turns out that every time the air kicks on it was drawing 100amps from the main circuit board at the tune of possibly an extra $50 a month in power. Damien put in a capacitor for us. I can't wait to get the next power bill to see if there is a difference.

We plan on using Proserv for all our heating and air needs in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Very happy with the installation of my two home central AC units. Very professional job. Things were done right from the beginning. No price quotes over the phone, Jesus the manager, came to my home and gave me a fair price for the job, with city permits.

My experience with Proserve was totally positive. It was quiet easy to schedule, staff was knowledgeable and explained the process. Technician was thorough and did the job well and cleaned up afterwords. Gave advice as to how often duct cleaning and dryer cleaning need to be done.

An appointment was scheduled for a written estimate on a change out of AC units. On June 3, 2020 I spoke with David by phone and thought he was going to let me know that he was on the way to provide the estimate requested. Instead of showing up for the appointment he tried to make a quick sells pitch by phone and ask if I were going to obtain other estimates and I said yes. He then advised that he will be able to give me the best estimate which would be lower than any competitor. I then inform him that I only prefer the written estimate for the AC units. He responded ok and hung up. A few minutes later he call me back and said that he had spoken with his boss and he could offer the best estimate of $4,300 dollars which included the change out of AC units, 5 year maintenance and duct work services that I DID NOT ask for and at this point did not REQUIRE. I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by Proserv America and its employee considering the high rated reviews seen and terrible extreme business tactics taken, poor judgment and professionalism. I will NEVER use or RECOMMEND this company for any services they provide.

ProServ America gave me a price over the phone then they came to my house it was the same price including the installation and permits. The installation was done right away all permits. The installers were very nice and professional I am very happy with this company and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Very professional, scheduling appointment was quick and easy and sales rep (Jay) was extremely helpful with choosing the appropriate size unit. Technician was professional and fast. Overall experience was positive. Would recommend if you're in the market for a new AC.

My Air conditioner went out today and my house was unbearably hot and humid. I have a 4 week old daughter in my home so you can only imagine the panic I was in. I called Proserv and spoke with the office staff which were very understanding and were able to send someone out within 2 hours!! Turns out I had a bad contactor. There service technician had one on him and was able to get my system up and running in one visit! I will definitely use them again and refer them! They’re quickness, professionalism and compassion is amazing! They even called me an hour later to make sure everything was still running smoothly! They truly care about their customers!

I called them today for an estimate and spoke with the owner directly! He walked me through what ac would be best for my house and answered all my questions and concerns. They were able to acquire the unit and install it all in the same day! Installers were professional and neat! Proserv is a great company!

Last month my unit was leaking water. I called another AC company and they did a drain line cleaning at that moment. After a couple of days the unit started leaking again so I decided to call a different company to see if they could find the real problem, I had so many issues with this company in the past and it was time to try with a reliable company. When I called Proserv America, the office staff was really nice, even when they told me the schedule was totally full, they found an appointment the same day. The technician came and he realized the drain pan was broken and that was the real problem from the beginning. He explained to me that the part was under warranty and gave me a really good price for the labor replacement plus the drain line cleaning. I’m supper happy with the service because they resolved a problem that I’m dealing since more than a year! I will definitely call them back!
