Daily AC has been the Best AC company for our business the past few years. We have had other companies before but were never able to take care of our AC units the way Daily AC does. The techs are great and really care about the job they do and it shows. They get the work done fast and efficient at a reasonable & competitive prices. Sandra in the office has saved up on a couple of occasions sending Rich out to get the job done at anytime of the day or night.

This team is the best! Excellent service and support at the office, keeping organized and great follow up. The best technicians, unbelievable knowledge base and willing to take time and get the job done right. The people here care about doing a great job and providing the best outcome and experience.

I was extremely impressed with the DAILY A/C team. I live in northern florida and needed someone to check my rental property in Coral Springs; a friend recommended them after I had been burned by other local companies. They were professional, reliable and extremely honest. The process of getting my ac repaired could not have gone any smoother. They were proactive and called me every step of the way. I received my estimate and they perform the job just like they promised. I signed up for a maintenance contract, I know have peace of mind knowing my rental property is in good hands. They run a honest and reliable business which is hard to find these days.

It was a pleasure having Sabrina in my home for repairs today! She was extremely patient, very professional, on time and her work was amazing, so far the only person I’ve seen actually work hard and try to find the best resolution to every problem that arose! She was very good with my kiddos and their questions as well and that means A LOT!!! She’s amazing and deserves to be recognized!

They setup a time with a 4-hour window. When they called to confirm my appointment they had my address incorrect, time incorrect, and even name incorrect. I am completely flabbergasted this even happened. Finally, the day comes around and they chose to not show up. Didn't leave a voicemail. Didn't follow up with me. Worst experience I have had with a company.

Many came to see the AC unit and still the same issue. Some didn’t even take their time or cared if they fix the problem or not. For the first time the company we rent from finally sent someone that,I could honestly say did their job. The technician name was Derwayne, he came and make sure the job was done and didn’t leave till it was done properly. This young man has value in the work he does and was very respectful and caring. He represented the company with outstanding quality and I would even hire them personally because I know the job will get done correctly.

Tech was very nice, and took the time to explain what he was doing, and wasn’t in a rush. Before he left, he put everything back and took his time cleaning up. I would 100% recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future for all of my hvac needs.

Derwayne was fantastic. We were his last (emergency) ticket and even though he was at the end of his all-day shift, he had a great attitude and helped us solve our problem.
He replaced the pump that sucks water away from the unit, because just cleaning it would cause our issue to happen again. If it weren’t for him, we would have just called and spent another maintenance visit cost to have our unit work!

We had a great experience with Fuss Free AC. I spoke with Liz in the office who was very friendly and helpful. Stevie was the technician who came out on both visits. He came within the time frame, gave us a heads up when he was on his way, and was very friendly and professional. He explained everything to me and fixed our issue quickly. All in all it was a great experience and they got our AC working again in this horrible summer heat. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends, family and neighbors. Thank you Fuss Free!

I had used this company before and based on the 1st 2 that came here I would have rated this review a zero. I’m going to focus on the 2 gentleman that just left Rayon and Junior!!! These guys were so respectful of my space, very informative, and patient. I recently moved into a home that was always dusty no matter how many times I swept. I finally got the rental company to have someone come look at the vents bc I was afraid it was mold but it was just dust. That’s an understatement. The dust was so thick it covered the floor. I felt so embarrassed and it wasn’t even my fault. I was suffering too. Puffy eyes and itching. Anyway back to these guys they took their time and reassured me they would get the vents cleaned and sanitized. They cleaned up after themselves, covered my items, and just made me feel very comfortable. They worked around me best they could in and out of rooms as I work from home. I cannot even express my appreciation to the fullest. I was shocked at the level of professionalism they displayed and they work so well together. Rayon and Junior thank you so much. The best service ever and there just aren’t enough stars to rate your greatness!!!!

I took off one of my busiest days off work and the day the technician was set to show up I was told they need to reschedule because the part was on the technicians truck who decided not to work this day, no arrangements to see if another technician could come. Just rescheduled, I said Monday. Nope sorry we will tell you when we can come. I definitely would never use them but I rent and this is through my management company so now I’m calling today and seeing if somebody can come out since I took the day off. Thanks Fuss Free up your time as we don’t really care. That’s business of today, no value for someone’s time only theirs

Rafael was extremely professional and efficient. We have had several electricians over to fix our unit and he was the first one to figure out the problem and to solve it! We highly recommend looking to Rafael first above anyone else!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The communication and customer service is absolute TRASH! Anytime i called they had no clue what was going on. My landlord sent these people out for plumbing and I got nothing but the run around from them and constantly just told I'll call you back or just straight put on hold to be told the same thing without even bothering to try and help me. I had to call them multiple times to even get a date/time for service. I found out from the people they sent that its a 3rd party company that sends out other companies - they don't even communicate well with the companies they hire! The dispatcher that called me was nice and she tried to answer my questions but when i called back to speak with her nobody let me talk to her. Plumbers showed up at my door from an entirely different company and I was confused as hell because nobody told me that they do this, the plumbers had limited understanding of what was actually going on and when the company told me they'd be there in 30 minutes it was an hour before anyone showed up making me have to lose more money for being out of work even longer. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Would not recommend. I put in a request through my rental company, called for days, but they claimed that they were not able to find it. Rude, unprofessional staff - never handled the service request. Had to call another company.

Mike, the owner, is a great guy. When I asked for them to come to give us a quote to replace the entire AC system, not only he came promptly, but also saw our situation of having a broken AC, so he assisted us on getting it going free of charge without any commitments. Prices are very competitive and offer great financial options. Not only that, but they were always looking to give us the best deal and looking out for our pockets. Richard, the technician installing always showed interest on pleasing our needs.great job to you and your team Mike and Thank you all for the great service!

Update 9/27: Our ac went out again for a different reason. Rafael was quick to deduce the problem and get us back to being comfortable again. Thanks so much!

Best residential HVAC contractor in the state. Special thanks to technician Johnny, who helped me out on several occasions to preserve the existing parts of my old AC rather than to just change out parts for newer expensive ones. Customer support is also strong and they take care of issues when they arise. Thanks Johnny, you saved me a lot of money and appreciate the value you created by persevering on my unit.
