Raphael was fantastic and knowledgeable. After troubleshooting he found the issue, showed me what was wrong, then fixed the issue in a span of about 30 minutes. On top of it all he was very personable and genuine. 10/10 would recommend to anyone having HVAC issues.

Scammers. Avoid at all costs. They will break your unit while trying to fix it and then blame it on it already being broken. Took two weeks to try to get them to do anything and still trying to charge you extra to get things fixed. Avoid this company if you want an honest job done.

Very poor communication. Technician came out 2 weeks ago and I haven't received a call or any kind of follow up. I'm still without air after paying for service fee. I attempted to Called the office but no answer or answer machine. Highly disappointed.

Mr. Montgomery was excellent in his workmanship and showed true professionalism. His calm and proficient demeanor was bar none. He was able to explain in layman's terms the issues my a/c had and made me feel empowered to make an educated decision moving forward. In the event I do decide to get a new install, I am requesting him from now to be the installer. Prior to him coming to complete the estimate, I was very nervous and skeptical. However, I feel very confident in my next step. I just want to thank both company and worker for an awesome job!! Well done.

Rafael was great! He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue promptly. He also took the time to explain, and show me, what was causing the issue with our refrigerator not cooling. Highly recommend.

Was assigned these guys through my home service warranty. The tech showed me a picture the coils on my unit being damaged which is causing my unit to freeze. However, my service warranty company denied the claim due to something completely different and wasn’t me themed by the technician. I tried following up with the tech directly and he never returned my call. Would not recommend

Worst company on the planet! Whole company is full of scrubs who don’t know how to do their job.
It’s been 6 months and my ac is still leaking yet every time they come they say they fix it and my ac just stops working a month later every time. In the last 6 months they have had to come to my house 12 times and my ac is still not fixed and now because of the leaks our ac and ducts have mold.
Honestly If you care about your family’s well being then stay away from this company completely.

She was by far the best electrician I have ever did business with polite, professional on time fully explained to me what she was doing when I ask questions, took her time to make sure the job was completed properly, and this was a very complicated job. The wiring on this home was all wrong and she made sure it was fixed and fully explain to me what happened if I ever need any other assistance, it would definitely be with her. This has by far been a great experience with this company and this rep preventative.thanks Sabrina

Horrible company! Like others I have no idea how they have such a high star rating on Google!

Property management sent them to check our dryer vent line. Guy came and just looked at it like he’d never seen a dryer vent in his life. Complete useless!! Told me he’d write it up to the management company to clean my dryer line after debating me that it was my dryer (based on his nill experience with this). It is 1,000% a blocked dryer vent. Checked a day later and he canceled my work order stating “canceled per resident communication - issue resolved”. They must have skipped all the way to the bank with the property management’s money!!

We’ve been in our rental for over a month and no dryer! Please find another company to invest your hard earned money with.

Fuss free is a life saver. After being without my AC for a few days, my realtors contacted them and they reached out the same day and scheduled me for the following day. They arrived here on time, resolved my AC issue right away, and were very professional and courteous. Second time they’ve been here in around 2 years for different issues with my AC. AC Technician was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional, and had a very clean appearance. He gave us a detailed explanation of the problem and explained everything so we could understand the underlying issue we were having. We are very hopeful that the issue is now resolved, however, only time will tell. We are remaining optimistic that their work has taken care of the problem. Great experience nonetheless. This is the WORST company in the world. They came last week to repair after he left ten minutes later AC not working came back next morning replace tub next day not working. Booked Sunday which was yesterday NO CALL NO SHOW. You would think they would called me Monday as priority NOPE nothing but attitude and bad customer service Marybeth is the only person that is kind Fiona customer service sucks. Came back today this guy spends 10 minutes don’t bring tools to check nothing I turned the breaker off because the AC is not cooling and the unit continued to run. He said it wasn’t working because the breaker was off you have be kidding me freaking idiot. I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Our technician Rafael Pagan was very polite and prompt. He called and notified prior to arrival and got to work immediately to fix the issue. He quickly realized there was a stoppage in our drainage system and got it fixed in no time. I am pleased to know our A/C system will not have issues prior to it getting hot again here in Florida. Politeness and professionalism goes a long way with me and I would gladly recommend he and his company to others.

Don’t waste your money they are very pushy about making appointments then they don’t show up on time. They showed up an hour after the time frame has past. I am thinking of contacting a lawyer for the lose of wages I had to take off to sit here waiting for them. After the third time I sent them away last night after they showed up late. Doctors offices can charge for you missing an appointment why can’t we.

Johnny was the best. He solved an issue that other technicians didnt see and checked everything in great detail.

Do not recommend. Waited over 3 months for a unit and they keep deleting my comment. DO NOT USE! Had a very rude tech that couldn’t source a leak. After waiting 3 months I called another company that located and sourced the part within a week.

I had Kenji and Ethan come by today and replaced my unit. They were extremely professional, on time, working quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. The whole process was quick and easy, and I have ice cold air blowing again. Would definitely recommend!

Huge thanks to Alfredo E. for coming out on a Saturday during Memorial Day weekend to fix our AC! He was communicative, friendly, fast, and highly professional. Alfredo got everything running smoothly again, and truly saved us (and our dogs) from the heat. Outstanding service—we hope his company recognizes the great work he’s doing!

My Air Conditioner was blowing hot air for 3 days and my family and I suffered through the heat. Fuss Free A/C sent over a A/C professional to fix the problem. Alfredo E went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable. He worked diligently diagnosing the problem with the unit. Explained what causative factor, demonstrated how to work the replacement thermostat, repaired and opened vents around the home and was very successful.
