My air conditioning was not working properly and it made me really worried. My friend recommended me to contact Boots On The Ground AC. Spoke with Tony. It was Friday afternoon and I was hoping that he would come next Monday or Tuesday. He was able to come and fix the AC immediately. He was very knowledgeable, kind and knows how to handle unusual situations. I was very lucky to have his services!! I had another AC services from different companies in the past, and I feel like I wish I had known about Tony sooner. I highly recommend this company especially if you live in Condo. He will assist you to handle or contact HOA or the management company.

Hi. I hired Tony today to service my air-conditioning that was dripping water. When I initially called him, He responded to me very quickly through text messages and messenger and made himself available for if and when I needed him which I did. When I called him he quickly gave me a timeframe within a few hours That he can come to my house when he finished the job he was working on. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. He did a great job explaining everything to me regarding the drip problem and of course he serviced and cleaned my air-conditioning unit and got it running perfectly. We had an issue with the airflow in the house the AC just wasn’t working properly. Tony from Boots on the ground AC came out and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it efficiently, and even took the time to explain what was going on. He also made some great suggestions about improving insulation to help with future airflow and energy efficiency. It was a straightforward job, but he handled it with care and expertise. Wonderful experience with Tony installing an 18k BTU mini-split for me in the garage. His pricing was extremely fair and he provided honest feedback as to how I could improve other A/C issues I was having in my home. Would 1000% call Boots on the Ground before anyone else for my next HVAC job.

Review #2 - hired BOTG AC again to help with my kitchen remodel. I was moving my stove and hood vent so I needed the hood vent ductwork to be moved. Antonio provided several different options to avoid putting a new hole in my roof to which I was so greatful for! Above and beyond. I WISH all businesses operated like Boots On The Ground AC. Of course, it was Friday at 5pm when my AC decided to stop cooling. Getting his name from a referral on my local FB page, I took a shot in the dark and called Boots On The Ground AC. Within the hour, Tony was at my door and his customer service was wonderful. He was honest and straight-forward. He left with our AC cooling. It's refreshing to have a business show up, be honest and do good work. Please don't change, Tony. You're a gem!

Antonio was amazing. He came highly recommended by a friend and within one hour of texting him, he was at our place. He understood the urgency of the situation (we have two kids under 5), and came over despite it being past regular working hours. He was quick to diagnose the issue at hand, asked a lot of questions, checked off a list of things that might be causing our AC unit to not work and got to work. He was done quickly and he explained the issues clearly in an easy to understand way. He’s going to be the first person we call if we have an issue with our unit again. Highly recommended.
