We contacted Big Time for their duct cleaning services. We decided to upgrade our system due to the age and condition of our system. Especially since the cleaning came free with a new ac install. The company had a next day turn over time. Neo, the company rep seemed to knowledgeable and extremely transparent about what the company will provide and also very forthcoming with helpful information.
Upon completion. The company setup a a date for them to return and maintain the system.

Big time air come thru and it was big time. I’m renting in Doral, Miami and there is a lot of humidity here. I had the pleasure of having Eli come out and service my air vents. Left them brand new as well as sanitized and disinfected. Left a pleasant smell that lasted all day. The air smells great and my AC is cooling more efficiently.
