I had one of the best experiences with Nate, Sam & Darius and the entire Big Time Air-conditioning Team from booking to them coming out, super professional and very likeable really cool individuals. I learned a lot as they took the time out to inform me of deficiencies causes and effects and various options to achieve the desired goal of clean healthy air throughout the home, highlighted areas I wasn't able to see by removing panels and exposing the blower, used eco friendly solutions, I wish I could put a sample of the air that's currently in the home in this review but trust me it smells great. I did the vents and the blower cleaning I will definitely be calling them soon to do the coils and my home as this was a Christmas gift for my parents. The before and after was night and day see pictures.
