Adrian and his team are amazing. They Always does great work as well as the communication with him is amazing. Highly recommend them for your plumbing and gas needs.

Adrian is completely unprofessional and unreliable. He canceled the first appointment on short notice and rescheduled for Monday. 7am I told him any day was fine, he said “ok” I then waited all day with zero communication from him, only to follow up myself and be told at 2 PM that he couldn’t come again because he got busy. Twice now, I’ve been left hanging while he reschedules last minute and wastes my time.

If you value your time and expect even the most basic level of professionalism, do not do business with Adrian. Find someone who respects their customers and actually shows up.

Adrian was great, arrived in under an hour from first call, and replaced my tankless water heater in two hours including leaving to pick up the item from the supplier. Friendly and knowledgeable, definitely recommend!

Walked in I had a complex problem with my toilet lever for an aqua source toilet that's no longer made and the young man at the counter was very nice he took real good care

I thought this was next best thing but when I pick out the delta shower duo I needed I was told it would take 4 weeks to get it. I saw that home depo had the same duo and it only took 2 to 3 days to get it.

Worst customer service possible. Made an order for a client of Grohe products over 4 weeks ago. Was told of a delivery time of 3 possibly 4 weeks. We're past week 5 and I've yet to receive as much as an answer from Carrie my sales rep. Many unanswered voice mails and in fact left a note with the secretary and store owner who guaranteed I'd be contacted by the sales rep. The days pass and I still don't hear from them. If only they would communicate with me then I would not be so livid.

If you’re Black, you can expect to be greeted with a silent glare, a 2-minute wait, and “Yes!”. That was on my first visit. On my second visit, I was greeted with another silent glare, another 2-minute wait and an equally hostile “Yes!”. The two agents were dripping with hostility. It was as if my Black ancestors had been the ones who lynched their White ancestors!
If you’re Black, brace yourself for a racist experience that will take you back to 1944 Mississippi!
But keep the goal in sight. Here’s what you need to do. Go to Next to find the item that you need, take a picture of the label, and then buy it elsewhere—anywhere—but not Next.

I’ve worked with Next Plumbing in the past throughout a few projects and I never really had any issues. I most recently called the store to begin the sales process for 6 Toto toilets- gave all the references to someone on the phone and sadly never heard back. Everyone is always very kind on the phone and I know things get busy- but for the sake of a great company like NPS, I had to make this known. Best wishes to the team.

This location barley has anything in stock. For example they sale Uponor tubing and zero fittings for Uponor. This supply house is very inconvenient you have better chance just going next door to Home Depot for your plumbing needs.

Next plumbing is next level. I had a job that due to a plumbing issue we were risking a 5 week delay. I was helped by Barr and thankfully I was. He was able to resolve the issue for me within a few hours and get me the part I needed thanks to his diligence and follow through. I am so happy with the assitance, price and service.
