Called many times to which i got no answer which is odd because they advertise 24 hour service. Finally got a hold of a woman that was very rude to me. Needless to say they must be doing well because they don't need new business.

I find that the service provided was okay. However the professionalism of either the owner or manager needs an attitude adjustment. Our company hired them last year and first and foremost they were worried about money all for a small piece of change which was handed to them after the service.

This year they were hired again , they never sent out an invoice and was given the opportunity on more than one occasion to answer questions about the invoice having not been received.

Then someone from the office called about the payment and in the background I am assuming that was either the owner or manager was demanding that he be paid right then and there today no if and the butts after being given the explanation that an invoice was never received.

Needless to say they don't have to worry about our business again they're worse than a high-end creditor worried about $125 that's not even two months overdue. I guess this company is all about money and not about quality service and trying to work with customers especially those who are commercial customers.
VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

I have an emergency with a line blockage and within 2 hours I had Jeff out to my house and he cleared the line ! He was very knowledgeable and explained that someone would also be out the same day to run a camera to make sure there were no issues with my lines . This is my first time using Sunshine Plumbing, and I will definitely be making them my go to plumbing service.

I had to call them twice in 2 weeks for unrelated problems, from the phone receptionist to the techs, very professional, and courteous, definitely my plumbers, highly recommend!

Sunshine Plumbing (Owner/Eric) replaced our condo building's galvanized pipe with copper pipes and new shutoff valves. Reasonable price, organized, and good communication (feedback provided to Board daily). Passed city inspection w/o any issues.

Robert was very professional when dropping by the permit for my water heater exchange! Jeff and Zack not only showed up on time but, with great attitudes! They were respectful to me, my dog and my home. The work was done efficiently, professionally and with no clean up! I cannot express in writing how truly amazing Sunshine Plumbing and their team have been! Communication is great, pricing is great and the service is phenomenal! They are coming back not only for my bath tub conversion but any future plumbing needs! If you are in need of a plumber give them a call you will be happy you did! THANK YOU!!

We had used Sunshine plumbing a few years back to service our old toilets and I recently called them back because we replaced all our toilets for a bathroom refresher. There is no other company I will call to come and help manage our plumbing needs! The guys were great, professional, kind and efficient. Carmen was always so friendly when I called to make the appointment and talk through the job, she made it feel like I was talking to an old friend. Thank you all for your excellent service and work!

I called Sunshine plumbing early in the morning to get a quote for my water heater replacement. They sent a tech to my house right away and I had a new water heater installed by noon. Reasonable price & fast, professional service. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT WORK. Jeff and Mike where able to find the issue within three hours. They were very efficient, within five hours, they fixed it! Rerouted the water pipes and set me up with a new copper shutoff valve. I am thoroughly impressed by their excellent work, integrity, and one year warranty!

I had the pleasure recently of using R&J Plumbing for some immediate needs that I was having issues finding someone who could act right away. When I called, I was surprised to find the owner fielding the phone call. Giselle was very friendly and reacted to my issue with swift action. Her technician arrived and performed the job required. I received a follow up call shortly after the service, yet again, from the owner ensuring my needs were met and to let me know they are here when we need them. Highly recommend.

I used R&J for a plumbing problem we had over the holiday weekend. They came and assessed the issued. Right away I was given a quote for repairs. And just like that it was done. Easy, fast and reliable. Highly recommend and I will definitely be issuing their services again.

Disappointed. Made an appointment week in advance in order to be at the property during the inspection. Needed to call multiple times to find out regarding the time or at least the contacts of a person coming for inspection. On the day of the inspection no one was showing up, so called again, was told to wait 20 mins the specialist is on the way. However, no one ever came. Just wasted time.

I had a major clog in my bathroom drain, so I called R&J Plumbing. The technician arrived on time, unclogged the drain, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Excellent service!

I have had the pleasure of contracting with Giselle and her team at R&J plumbing across several difficult and complex custom home projects and have been nothing short of impressed with her team, crew leaders, and back office. They have successfully roughed in and trimmed out several of my projects and are always the trade I am least concerned with keeping the pace on our builds and critical path. I would highly recommend her team to any and all contractors looking for a professional outfit well equipped to handle all tasks.
