The company is very unprofessional and has no respect for customers time or the urgency of repair. I have repeatedly confirmed the appointment time with them, including over email and the technician was still seven hours late, which required multiple phone calls to even get him to come out, and they were taking other orders Right in the vicinity of my property ahead of me. After the technician diagnosed the problem and took payment for the initial visit, they would not provide the estimate for repair or the specifications of the parts needed for over a week, despite again, my multiple requests and phone calls to forward that, and the property was without hot water for that time until I hired a new plumbing company. Do not waste your time! Look at their yelp reviews they average at one and a half star. Customers had similar experience to mine.

R&J was exceptional to work with from the minute I called them after hours on a weekend. They kept me updated at all times with what the issue was and were quick to come do the repairs on my rental property. Thank you again for helping fix the leak from the bathtub on the second floor. Definitely would recommend to friend and family for fast excellent service.

Had them come check out a low flow shower problem a while back. They told me I needed to remove the back tile & redo the entire shower's valve. I had another opinion recently come out to look at it & they diagnosed a much smaller & easily fixable solution to that original problem. But in the course of solving it found that R&J's simple installation of a new cartridge, which was a misdiagnosis of the original problem back when they looked at it, was misaligned & can't be removed normally which actually broke the valve. And now needs to be completely replaced.
The R&J tech was very nice and personable but the work it turns out was shoddy and is costing me more in the end.

Joey, the plumber who came out, was not only skilled and efficient but also very kind and respectful throughout the entire job.

I was hoping so much this would be a 5 star review, however my experience with this outfit was horrific, I had a 1:30pm appointment on Friday, at 3:00pm I call as no one had come to the house, the person (with the sounds of kids in the background) tells me it will be 4:30-5:00, I asked to cancel for next day and despite a weekend charge I agreed, after that phone call, that was it never heard from them again, not by phone, not by text, totally ignored, I called a company Saturday morning and they resolved the problem in less than an hour. Very unprofessional and disrespectful!

I called there office to have my AC unit looked at, they were prompt and very professional. While the tech was here, CJ was his name I believe they noticed a problem with my water heater hoses. It seemed to be leaking slightly, he replaced it for me. saved me a flood.
