We have a air b&b property we purchased and the techs were able to help us with installing a new a/c unit that was the correct size for the home. Also we needed duct work done due to lack of airflow issue we were having in the addition to our home. They were able to rectify all of our issues. We return about 6 month later to purchase a pool heater and have that installed on a pool which didn’t have a heater previously. We are return customers already and plan to do so in the future!

I called for a quote on replacing my 15 year old unit with an energy efficient model. We were facing a leak/water problem, dripping water from celing. Our service technician was extremely informative and took the time to walk us through his assessment and the different options we had for addressing the issue. He than walked us through the process he would follow to ensure our issue was addressed correctly. I was very pleased with the service, good fair price and I highly recommend USHAC and will use them again for our AC issues. I took few of USHAC'S business cards and passed them out too.

Some of the most incredible, world-class customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. When my 10 year old AC finally took its ball and went home, I had people on the phone with me discussing options and plans well into the evening, and had a new one installed the next day. After this level of service, I can go ahead and consider this the only HVAC company in the entire South Florida area.

I have been I property management since 2005 and a maintenance supervisor for over 11 years now. I recently moved back to South Florida and use USHAC for almost all my needs on my properties. I go through the Office Manager Bree Conde because she is awesome at what she does! I can see how much she really cares about her job, her clients and Co workers just the way she handles each job and speaking to her on the phone. She treats every issue in a timely fashion and will follow up to make sure everything went okay with with job (no vendor does this any more!). She is my go to person if I have any issues on my Properties I think of USHAC and Bree first. They have high quality people doing their job right the first time around and are very reasonable priced.
