This was one of the most professional companies I've seen . They were working outside my windows today and I was sick all night.I didn't even have to tell them .They were so quiet you barely new they were there. I had also had one of there employees come into my home . The work Is exceptional . I would recommend them to anyone.

This company was extremely helpful and amazing to begin with! From the moment I called them to speak with them, they instantly responded and acted professionally. They are extremely knowledgeable and know what they are doing when it came to install my new air conditioner. They were perfectly punctual and arrived on time. When they explain everything to you, they clarified and defined the whole situation perfectly clear for me to apprehend. They were extremely thoughtful throughout the beginning and all the way through the end! All of them were truly delightful. They installed it and gave me brief instructions on what to do with the air conditioner, what to expect, and if something happened to call them for anything. When they left, they left everything truly impecable and clean. They truly assisted well and I’m very happy and satisfied with the results. Now my new air conditioner is perfect thanks to them. I 100% recommend this company. You will have a five star service from the beginning until the end.

This company is fantastic! We use them for plumbing, electricity and HVAC at our 320 units property and they do things right. When permits are needed they take care of everything from start to finish. Their customer service is great!

This company really does it all. First when my apartment had a plumbing issue. They came right out the same day and resolved the issue in a timely manner. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He was also on time. Now I'm having an issue with the mini split in my apartment and they showed up yesterday until 7:00 on a Friday night out there with a light on their head trying to resolve the problem for me. Now that they figured out the problem they are here fixing it today. Also brie is very nice and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!!

I am the Regional Manager for a 25 year old apartment complex in Pembroke Pines. USHAC has done various projects for us and the team is always polite and gracious to our residents and staff. We bid out every job, but USHAC is always the most competitive bid. The owner is hands on and is very responsive to any need or job we need done that our in-house team cannot do.

I’ve always had USHAC do all our plumbing repairs and services and today was another great example of there great customer service and professionalism. There technician came out to service our unit and right at the door I was greeted professionally and respectfully. The tech was very thorough in his inspection and clean. He took his time to make sure he inspected every part of our unit and made sure to document all possible problems and watch outs. After the inspection and service he sat down with me and gave me all possible ways to resolve my issues and explained why he recommended all. Service like this is one of the many reasons I always call on USHAC.

My A/C didn’t seem to be performing properly, I called USHAC and they came out right away. They fixed the problem and saved me a ton of money. The service men were awesome and the office staff followed up to make sure everything was working okay and to see if there was anything else they could do. I recommend them highly!!!! Will definitely use them again.
