Outstanding service at fair prices! Quick and easy to set an appointment at my convenience. The service technician Christopher was a true professional - skilled, personable, fast and efficient. He not only did the work, but he also clearly explained what had caused the problem and what he was doing to correct it. He also provided me with preventive maintenance tips.
I will only use Sunshine plumbing. I highly recommend them.

Richard from sunshine plumbing did a great job and was thorough and kept things clean as he did the job. They were knowledgeable in their craft. People at the company were great. But the company prices are a little pricey.

I called them and they call to come earlier. I had water coming up my shower. Explained the work and got to work right away. In less than 25 mins they were finished. Very professional, respectful of my home and competitive pricing. Even with an emergency they did not robbed me.

So this morning around 9:30 I went ahead and contacted sunshine plumbing. Out of the 5 places I called they were the only one to stick me into there busy schedule due to my emergency. I had both Richard and Brandon in my home by 2pm. Both were very kind and respectful, both wore mask and gloves with out being asked to do so. They went ahead and made a hole in the wall to gain access to the leak, which I was shocked how well they cleaned up after them self as well. I was glad that they were able to fix the issue and Honestly they had very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend this company and for the owner you’ve got two great and knowledgeable employees! Thank you Richard and Brandon!

This is not my first time working with Sunshine Plumbing and won't be the last. Robert did an excellent job of identifying and explaining the problem with the drain line. This was the 8th plumbing company I contacted after trying for months to get work done. (Leak) From the first phone call with Carmen who answered the phone, I just knew I was in good hands. She was highly professional , knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions and setting up an estimate. Robert came out to give me an estimate and honestly the quote was $4,000 less than the other companies. I was thinking how can this be? But he assured me that my leak could and would be fixed. He came out yesterday ( on time, to the minute) with Richard and in just a few hours, the work was complete.
No more leak! And I saved over $4,000!

I called on Sunshine precisely because of their excellent Google reviews, now I’m happy to add my own. My first phone call was answered quickly and my queries about cost and the work needed were answered clearly. They offered a next-day appointment and didn’t try to push their own garbage disposal unit on me at a markup either, they were just as happy to install the one I provided for a flat fee. Cliff, who did the work, showed up bang on time, was friendly and respectful, wore a mask throughout and completed a clean install quickly and efficiently. I also got a 5pc new customer discount per their website. Overall I’m very happy and will be pleased to have Cliff and Sunshine back for my next plumbing issue.

My wife and I have used Sunrise Plumbing for many years for both our business as well as our personal home. They are by far one of the best plumbing companies we have worked with and they have a great response time and always get the job done economically. Two of their service technicians Robert and Greg are outstanding and always go out of their way to make sure that our problems are solved professionally and efficiently. Special recognition to Carmen their service coordinator who is the best and ensures that everything gets done and keeps in touch on a timely basis. I highly recommend them for any residential or commercial work. I would recommend them a 10 star rating.

We had a leak under our sink. After investigating, my husband isolated the leak and determined it couldn't possibly be from the garbage disposal, it was from the faucet. We called Sunshine Plumbing and Robert made a repair call to our home on 6/28/2023. My husband told Robert that he had isolated the leak and it was not the disposal. Nevertheless, the invoice states "Found disposal leaking water". He charged us $125 and we paid (I don't know why). We then had another plumber come who found it was the faucet. We replaced the faucet and no more leak. I contacted Sunshine Plumbing via their website to request a refund of the service call. Robert misdiagnosed the problem despite the information he was given. They never answered my request in any way. I do not believe they are entitled to keep our money for not knowing how to do their job.

Update: 11/25/2003 Received a check refunding the service call.

James was here and he install my new pipe valve so I won’t have a leak in the shower and he replaced my faucet as well. The services of this company are impeccable and James did an excellent job. I am very very happy. I totally recommend sunshine plumbing for all your plumbing needs totally professional and dedicated. Thank you guys so much appreciate it.

Greg, from Sunshine came out to look at a running toilet. He gave me a price for repair to the one I had and the price for installation of new one. Then he left. No hard sell no bill. Just the free estimate as was promised. The toilet I had was 15 yrs old and I replaced the tank elements twice already so I knew I need a new toilet. I ended up buying a new one and calling Sunshine to install it. Greg came back an installed it for a little less then the estimated price! When does that happen? Greg was terrific, a real professional! He arrived on time for both the estimate and the install. I couldn't ask for anything more from a service company. Excellent experience, excellent company. PS, The new toilet looks and works great. No more running tank! Thank you Sunshine! =)

We called Sunshine Plumbing for an issue we were having at our office and were able to get an appointment for the next day. We were called when the plumber was on his way, and he arrived as scheduled. Robert was very nice, quickly assessed the situation and took care of it.
We were very pleased with the service we received and will keep Sunshine Plumbing in mind not only for our business, but for our homes as well.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had to have 1970s plumbing in Masterbath brought up to 2020's code for insurance, but was on a short time frame to get it done. Carmen was so pleasant to talk too and was able to get us in- same day! James was there within an hour and got the job done professionally. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and their customer service was the best.

Absolutely amazing experience. They guys were friendly and worked quickly to check all my concerns and we're able to fix the problems indicated. They installed a new toilet and checked 2 of my shower heads. Stress free experience, will use again.

The character and professionalism of a company are seen without a service call. I just (Saturday Night 11/19) had the pleasure of speaking with Carmen, the office manager and dispatcher. I had a question about my touchless faucet and why it wasn't working. Rather than the typical "we need to send a service person" response, she quickly took me through what ended up being a change of batteries. Her concern was to get our faucet working immediately. Though we did not benefit from Sunshine's in-home service - we received something much more valuable - the opportunity to speak with someone with the utmost class and decency. I will recommend Sunshine to anyone who needs plumbing service. Because I can tell you this - Carmen "became the company" when she picked up the phone. She is the epitome of customer service excellence, and I assume their service directly reflects hers!

This is a wonderful company . I had a leaking pipe which was flooding my downstairs neighbours apartment. I phoned them at 9am and by 9.45 am they had sent me Robert and later on Igor . They were very helpful, did an excellent job , clean efficient workers . Robert is a highly skilled plumbers he found the problem within 5 min of arriving and completed the repairs in an efficient manner . This is the first time i have used Sunshine and i can highly recommend them.

Just had Sunshine remove my old 60 gallon water heater, which leaked and replace it with a new and improved 50 gallon. Jeff did a great job, he’s extremely experienced, very personable and did an unbelievably fast and efficient job. Water heaters now days are not cheap but his labor fee was very reasonable. Great job!

Cole the technician is awesome! He is very nice, professional and thorough. I had pets & he didn’t let that prevent him from providing service. One of my toilets needed a part & he went to Home Depot, got the part & came back all within 30 minutes. He did an excellent job clearing the clog in one toilet and also installing a new valve on my other toilet. Pricing was fair & job was completed in a timely fashion. Would & will highly recommend to anyone in need.
