Really impressed with the level of customer care! I missed the initial confirmation call, but Jeanne didn’t drop me from the schedule. She followed up and made it work. That kind of flexibility and dedication is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

Al Taylor and his team were amazing. We were coordinating the replacement of my father in laws entire system, from a distance. Al answered all our questions. They scheduled service during time we could travel from Indiana. The entire team was professional, patient and went above and beyond. We would highly recommend!!!

She sent out Yoel, who was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my air conditioning and made sure the job was done right. Excellent service all around!

Al came out the same day I called. 21 year old AC needed replacement..my friend had recommended this company based on her experience. I had one other lower estimate from another company, but this company seemed more knowledgeable and reliable. They were actually able to install a new AC with heat pump earlier than promised. Al and his crew were polite and friendly and helped me out on some conditions they found while installing. I highly recommend mid-florida, Al and his crew! 10 year warranty on parts, 2 on labor! 👍🙂

Awesome experience with these folks getting a new unit installed in my home. From Al giving the estimate, to Jesse the installer. Top notch professionals at what they do. Very clean and neat install. Huge shoutout to Jeanne, the sweetest and most efficient dispatcher ever—who totally understood the chaos of having little kids and no A/C in Florida. She worked her magic and got us an earlier time slot, and thank goodness, because I was one meltdown away (and so were the kids) 🤣. The tech showed up, was super quick, didn’t try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff, and had us back to cool air before the house turned into a hot yoga studio. Seriously, amazing service and zero nonsense. They’ve got a new customer for life, and I’d highly recommend Mid Florida A/C to anyone!

Mid Florida A/C is an amazing company! I have received service from them for quite a few years. They have consistently provided excellent quality, reasonable prices and prompt response time. Adam has serviced my A/C for repairs as well as annual check-ups. The repair completed recently was quite involved and time-consuming. As usual, he was very professional and extremely well-mannered. Prior to and during the repair, he clearly explained each step of the process. I really appreciate his patience in answering all my questions. Adam truly cares about his customers and it shows. Thank you, Adam!!

My air conditioner went out three days ago. Al came out gave me options. He explained Finance option. He gave me prices. The guys came out in the morning and was done in a couple of hour's replaced my whole system I am very satisfied with the results.You cannot go wrong choosing Med-Florida air-conditioning company. All the workers very pleasant.

My AC system recently quit working. A quick call your office made the process easy!!! Caitlin was so helpful over the phone and scheduled Adam to fix my unit the same day. Adam was a tremendous help and was very thorough. So thankful for the both of them to get my AC unit up and running.

Al Taylor came to my house when my ac shutdown. He was an amazing and kind technician from the first time he arrived and was here at 7:40 with installers and came back to check and make sure everything was correctly done. He should be recognized and accommodated for his knowledge.

I called Mid-Florida because they had installed the air conditioner when my home was built. It was the weekend and after the service man not committing to a set time on Saturday he called at the end of the day to say he was coming Sunday.
He showed up on time and was friendly.
I needed a coil as it was leaking freon. He couldn't tell me when they might be available and first said two days but then as much as two weeks.
After I asked, he initially said my repair would be over $2,000.
He had to get a quote and so on Monday he called as expected. He was beating around the bush and he wouldn't just come out and give me the quote and I finally had to ask him outright. All of this of course made me feel very uncomfortable. That apparently, was with good reason. He finally told me it would be $4,200!!
My reply was that the price is insane!
It is insulting that someone would even consider charging that!
I called a local reputable company and had it done for about little more than half of that $4,200.
If you are considering using Mid-Florida, I wouldn't!

***UPDATE*** The company owner posted on this review that I should email him my info and he will look into it as maybe I had the wrong company. I emailed almost immediately with my info (not that he doesn't already have it). I included a printout of my credit card charge clearly showing their exact name. I included the phone number I was called back on (same number) and the phone number of the tech. Two weeks have gone by and no reply!!!
These guys are scammers!!!

I have been a customer of Mid Florida for over 20 years and each and every time they have been to my house I have received nothing but professional service. Had to call them today (Saturday) as my ac wasn't running, left a message and Adam called me back in no more then 15 mins, told me he would be here in about 2 hours and he showed up right on time. He was able to get my unit running and explained the issue to me. The service provided and professionalism displayed by him was outstanding.

I called for a maintenance on my unit and initially spoke with Cori, she was so helpful in scheduling a date with me and explaining the maintenance policies that they offered and what they provided. The day of my service I received a call from Jeanne who advised me when my technician would be arriving and an approximate time of how long it would take him to get to my home as I did need to leave work to meet the technician. Joel came to my home and performed the maintenance on my unit and was friendly and able to answer all of my questions. I recommend Mid Florida Air for all of your AC needs and will call again and request to speak to both of these women in the office and request Joel again as my service tech.

Cori is the best. She is knowledgeable, helpful and personable. She gets you on the schedule right away. The techs are very professional and get you up and running in no time. I refer all my friends to Mid-Florida.

I had Al Taylor at my home, best service I ever got, since he is super knowledgeable. I was tired of repairing my old ac unit and got a new one with the company. Best thing we ever did.

On 4/16/2025 Mid-Florida A/C of Debary installed a new heat pump/air handler system in my home for about $11,000. On the old system that they removed, the copper refrigerant lines and electrical lines were routed parallel to the wall of my house so that they were protected from the elements by the house eaves. On this new install, the refrigerant lines were routed perpendicular to the house wall so that the lines are exposed to the sun, weather, string trimmer, etc. (see photo). I'm not sure why it was done this way.

We have been with Mid-Florida A/C for the past three years. We are participants in their silver maintenance program. The office staff is always polite and welcoming on the phone. Miss Cory stands out to us based on all our conversations. Never once have we heard the word," No", she is always looking for the solution to whatever the issue is. This year our annual service was slated for mid-September. We began experiencing issues with the drain line in early August. We tried to wait out the service date but needed to move the date up. Cory was successful and Roland came to our home today and worked his "Magic". What a very professional and engaged service person. By far the very best Tech. we have had to our home. Very transparent in his actions and he provided more than ample explanation for his findings. Short story, he had the drain opened and working perfectly within 20 minutes. Roland then went thru the full annual service and explained all his steps to ensure the units are working fine.
In today's world with companies that promote deceptive practices in order to bring the profits up, it is refreshing to be able to trust this company and their staff. Roland and Cory are our go to team for now on.
