Al was amazing! His response time was great, he diagnosed and fixed my issue in no time and had my a/c up and running in no time! On top of that he was professional and kind, which is important when your A/C is broken. 10/10 recommend mid, Florida AC and especially Al.

I have been using Mid Florida Air for years. Al Taylor has been my go to technician and I recommend him to anyone who needs service in the area. I have had multiple houses serviced by him and trust his experience and expertise. Most recently my mother in law had an issue with her air conditioner. She kept using a company that was giving her the run around. She finally called Al and he found the issue that had never been checked in years. I could say a million good things about this company and Al.

IMPRESSIVE!!! Came back from Labor day vacation to no air. 84 degrees inside. We have the Silver maintenance plan and called Tuesday and tech Joel came out early afternoon. Needed a new compressor AGAIN after only 3 years. He came back with a loaner portable unit for our bedroom within an hour!!! He was back Thursday morning with good help and a new unit all covered under warranty!!!! Been using this company for 10 years and must say they are customer focused. Never had to wait more than 24 hours for service. Ladies in customer service are top notch. The techs are knowledgeable also. Thanks Joel for your thoughtfulness. As a retired retail salesperson, they are the most customer oriented out of ANY company we have used. Keep it up!!!

I've used Mid Florida Air Conditioning in the past for routine maintenance and have always been pleased with their professionalism. Most recently, I needed prompt service, and they responded quickly and efficiently. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. We came home at 5:30pm to an 85 degree home on a Saturday. Our policy gives us Emergency Service until 8pm on weekends. We called immediately and had to leave voicemail 2x times. No response via text or phone made us extremely anxious and concerned because we have 2 young children. So,I ended up contacting Cori Clark who was our saving grace. She wasnt able to get someone out that night, but did get us setup and assured first thing in the morning. Sure enough, next morning we were up and running by 11:15 am. Thank you Cori! You're incredible!
