Constraction reviews in Deerfield Beach, Florida

The tile worker was very good, the counter tops where installed to my satisfaction, drywall and electrician all did good work. The plummer and cabinet installer was questionable but replaced and then everything turned out good. The only reason I gave a rating of 4 was the time line. If I had it to do over I would but completion dates on all work. With that understanding – yes I would recommend the company.

The company did a complete renovation of my kitchen and master bath. Carlos and his crew proved themselves to be professional, honest, careful and communicative through all phases of these extensive projects. They are very knowledgeable about modern design trends and were able to offer tasteful advice. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We hired Carlos and his crew to remove our kitchen living and dining area and build a large kitchen area.
They gutted everything including the old tile flooring.
They had to reroute the plumbing pipes and electrical.
They moved the air intake into the ceiling from the wall, we were able to use that additional space for cabinets and appliances.
He went into the Attic and installed steel braces to provide more support in the ceiling, by doing this he was able to remove a wall and support the new ceiling.

Afterward he used some of the leftover materials and built us an outdoor bar.

We feel fortunate to have met Carlos and the crew.
He's a great person, honest, hardworking and never full of BS or drama.

Construction on Demand did a fantastic job renovating my kitchen, replacing my flooring, sheet rock and interior structure due to water damage. The team were all professional, dependable, on-time, and worked through each day to get the job done. Carlos is terrific. He was always available and responsive to questions and requests. Cost was reasonable. I plan to use Construction on Demand again to renovate my bathroom and install hurricane windows. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors. Thank you Carlos.

My project had a few different phases (at my Request!) and at each phase Carlos and His crew were understanding and responsive. 1st I relocated my Laundry from my Kitchen to a Big Closet in my Spare Bdrm. and that required a complete Demo and rebuild of the Shower in the Master Bdrm. Then I did a Complete Remodel of my Kitchen. I had Carlos and his crew remove a wall extend my Kitchen and Build a Breakfast Bar. Including all new Cabinets, Granite Countertops and Tile Floor. Along with All the Plumbing, Electric and other work required . I found Carlos to be Fair and thorough in his Estimate and in the end Fair with any Extra's that we encountered. Also the Crew that did most of the work ( Luiz, Tony, Edson etc,. ) Are Very Good at what they do and they were also very respectful of my wishes and my Property. Carlos and the Crew at " Construction On Demand " made what could have been a Stressful project into an Enjoyable experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I already have! Thanks Carlos for a Job well done and I'll be in touch if I have any other projects!!

Helpful, answered all my question!

Great reliable contractor !!

There was big difference between initial estimate and final price.I understand it is just an estimate but still it was a shock to see the final bill
double the amount.I have asked for quotes from other contractors and this never happened in the past
