Gerald the company owner was on site throughout the day. They were very respectful of our property and did exceptional work. I would highly recommend for tile floor, bathroom floor and grout cleaning/sealing.

Gerald went out of his way to show me what he could do to restore life to a very dirty and outdated white tile in my new villa. It turned out great and now it is no longer an eyesore. 3N1 Services did an amazing job on the floors of my rehab project. They saved me thousands of dollars in replacing the flooring. Highly recommend service for anyone looking to make your floors look brand new!!!

Our floor contractor messed up our white floors and spent over a thousand dollars to clean it up…without any luck. We tried every grout haze remover from Floor and Decor to homemade concoctions without any change to the floors.

Gerald from 3N1 came by to look at it and with two tries of a couple of sample cleaners showed us what the original tile looked like. He was in the following week to do the whole house at a reasonable rate. I’ve attached a photo of the sample clean area vs the rest.

The hardest part was moving the furniture around!

3N1 was contracted to provide ceramic floor tile and grout cleaning for our LBTS 2 BR/2 BA condo. Gerald and his team were very professional and knowledgeable for this project. Not only were the floors professionally cleaned, but the grout cleaned and color sealed. The color of the seal was a perfect match, which made the entire floor look brand new. There may be less expensive floor cleaning companies, but 3N1 Services provided added value in their workmanship, taking the added time required. Would highly recommend them. We are very pleased with the service provided.

Gerald answers the phone every time and sent images/videos of the work he does.

He came to our condo, measured everything and then showed us the differences between a straight clean and a color seal on our floor. The p4ice was very fair as I had done comparison shopping.

He spent about 10 hours working as a team with his partner to finish our 1400 Sq ft. He moved the furniture around and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend. The pic is the finished product.
