Constraction reviews in Deerfield Beach, Florida

Recently 3N1 came to our house and cleaned our white tiles and several rugs. They did a fantastic job! Our house is over 20 years and now looks brand new! Jerome and his staff are knowledgeable, polite, trustworthy and pleasant. The price was fair. We would highly recommend them!

Thanks Gerald for bringing my marble floors back to life! Amazing work! Gerald is very professional and passionate about what he does. I received several estimates for the floors but Gerald was the only one who took the time to actually do a sample of his work as part of the estimate. In a few years when they need to be polished again, I’m definitely calling 3n1 Services! Thanks again!

Gerald did an amazing job cleaning our carpets in N. Palm Beach,
They were so stained that we thought we would need to replace them. He was so efficient & we are very happy with the results. Gerald’s the man!!!

Gerald was very professional and gave us recommendations for our tile shower and floor that we had not thought of. He was able to remove all grout haze and grout streaks, leaving us with a bright master bath. He also sealed our tile making it waterproof and extending its life. Highly recommend!

I been using 3n1 Services for years! Gerald and his team are amazing!!!!! Can you imagine going from black grout to this? This is the only company I use to clean my tile and carpet and plan to keep it this way. Thanks again, again, and again!!!

Roberto was the best! He gave us a sample of choices and explained the process thoroughly. Once he started he made sure to secure and move all furnishings to complete job. And needless to say the end job was flawless, the floors looked bran new. My wife was so excited with her new floors. I would definitely recommend and use 3n1 services again. Thank you Robert and Gerald!

A Floor Company installed beautiful porcelain tile in my master bath. Before it was user ready, I found etched stains left in the tiles and they wouldn’t come out. I tried a disastrous resolution and made it worse. Now what..?
I had to decide, do I rip out the tiles? Do I try to repair..? I called two recommended floor companies to resolve the issues and after spending a lot of $$$$ trying to get stains out, they shrugged me off saying I shouldn’t have installed porcelain tile.
Now what..? Then I was referred to Gerald and crew at 3N1 Services. They showed up on time and after introductions I showed Gerald the damaged floor and knew ALL about Porcelain Floors and how delicate they actually are and their after care. While it took two visits, the end results are that ALL stains in the porcelain tiles were GONE! It was Unbelievable..! It all looked brand new and not a trace of the Chemical stains! How is it possible I said? Gerald and his crew are amazing, they’re heaven sent, they’re Uber Professional, they are the “FIXERS” that GC’s use when they have an unfixable problem. Now I KNOW that “3N1 Services IS the FIXER..!” A hard Lesson learned and I will ONLY call 3N1 Services for all of my marble and porcelain flooring. I highly recommend Gerald and the 3N1 Services crew to everyone. They are very reasonable priced, extremely knowledgeable and quite honest. They are the world’s BEST…! Thank you Gerald and 3N1 Services for being there for us. You saved my porcelain floor🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

3N1 Services did an AMAZING job on the carpet in our apartment! After years of abuse with kids and animals and light carpet, it was so dirty I didn’t think it could possibly come clean. It looks brand new now! Couldn’t possibly recommend Gerald more. Great service!

Gerald did a magnificent job polishing our marble dining table. He removed multiple stains on the table and made sure to clean up after himself. We really appreciated his commitment to getting the job done! He showed up on time and helped us out tremendously. The table looks good as new.

I was referred to Gerald by a friend and now I know why! Gerald and Rodolfo are a wonderful team. They are respectful and friendly. Gerald is a great communicator and clear about what to expect. They cleaned my couch and several of our rugs and I am very happy with the results! Before and after of our kitchen runner - it looks like new again! We’ll absolutely use them again and are happy to refer them to anyone looking for these services. Thank you both!

He came out to steam clean sanitize deodorize my furniture. Very professional. Right on time. Easy to communicate with. Made the furniture look brand new. Obviously he’s an artist and likes what he does. Highly recommend.

Wonderful professional work! Gerald came to my home for an estimate to clean the 15 year old tile. He ended up cleaning and painting my grout. The tile looks brand new! Highly recommend his service.

We have hired 3N1 to clean our white fabric dining chairs and treat them with a stain repellent. The chairs look brand new. We also hired 3N1 to clean our white porcelain floors and color stain the grout throughout our house. They turned out beautifully. 3N1 also acid washed our grout in the showers to remove the stains. The showers look brand new. Gerald is wonderful and great to work with. He is very detail oriented and takes his work personally.

3N1 services cleaned and polished our associations probably 15 year old linoleum and it looks incredible and brand new! Gerald was fast to respond and extremely efficient and fast, it only took half a day to do 5 rooms and two very long breezeways. Also, the price point is reasonable and very well suited to the wonderful work they do.

Ashley Arms would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for work done in their scope of practice, as this was a great experience and an amazing renovation for our community. The floors look practically new! (before and after pictures attached) The entire association is thrilled with their work and we will absolutely use them again for other projects if we need.Thank you Gerald and 3N1 Services!

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with 3N1 Services to clean, polish, buff and seal my marble floors in my home. The experience exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation, addressing all my interview questions for consideration, patience with me as asked questions while they worked to final inspection. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care! Full transparency from start to finish. I would refer them to anyone in market looking for these services. The first photo is the before and the second is the after ! Look at that reflection ! Thank you again!

I spent $3300 for one days work with one guy going through my place hastily doing half of what the owner suggested would be done. I asked for corrections which were clearly overlooked as pictures show and I was told I would need to pay another $600 for them to finish. This was not what they quoted. I merely asked for corrections which were argued over and declined for over a month. I would not recommend.

We are so happy with 3N1 Services. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job! They cleaned, polished and sealed the granite countertops and deep cleaned the porcelain tiles. Everything looks like new. Gerald is knowledgeable and professional. We highly recommend them.

Gerald did a fantastic job on the tile in my parents newly purchased condo. He removed years worth of dirt and grime. The floors look brand new! He was easy to work with and did an exceptional job. You can see the difference, especially in the grout! Would recommend!! You won't be disappointed!

3 N 1 Services are outstanding! I just had my tile floor cleaned and regrouted by Gerald and his crew. Gerald is such a professional; he will come out, give you an estimate and show you how much better your floor will look after he finishes. He spends a great deal of time with you answering any questions you have. He also did my primary bathroom and shower and it looks amazing! I am going to have 3 N 1 come out again next year and refresh my floor. I don’t want to let it get as bad as it was. It looks like a brand new tiled floor. Thank you to Gerald and his crew for a fantastic job well done. Definitely five stars +
