Gerald from 3 in 1 cleaned my floors today. I have never been more pleased. Our tile is 22 years old and Gerald made it look brand new. He is very professional . Last week, he spent almost an hour doing a sample tile to show me how dirty the floor was and how clean he would be able to get it. Boy did he deliver. He also suggested rug cleaning for my area rugs. He did them at my house at the same time. My home looks so much cleaner and brighter. I have already scheduled the shower tile to be done as well. All measures were taken to protect the furniture. 3 in 1 goes above and beyond. Call them, you won't be disappointed. Photos show Gerald hand painting and sealing the grout. Amazing job.

Great service at an awesome price! I needed my carpets cleaned right away and the customer service was wonderful. The carpets turned out great and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Mr. Gerald pointed out numerous dog marks that I was clueless about and took care of all of them. You will appreciate the hardworking and customer service this small business provides.

I only contacted 3N1 Services because they had a 5.0 rating on Google, and after this experience, I strongly believe all of those reviews must be fake.

I texted Gerald Simmons to let him know how unhappy I was with the service. He never replied. I also called twice — no answer and no return call. Extremely unprofessional.

Gerald sent Michael, who said he would arrive in 30 minutes but showed up over an hour late. When he arrived, I asked if my carpets could be properly cleaned and he said yes. He then cleaned two rooms in about 10 minutes total, which is completely unrealistic for a professional carpet cleaning. I do not believe shampoo was used at all.

Michael could clearly see on my face that I was not happy with the results, and that is when he said I would “see the difference once the carpet is dried.” He claimed it would take about 4 hours to dry. As I am writing this review, the carpet is still damp. The carpet look the same way from when he started

This was a complete waste of money. Poor communication, late arrival, rushed work, no results, and zero accountability. This company is a scam. I regret calling them and strongly advise others to stay away.

3N1 Services was fantastic from start to finish! They scheduled a free quote right after I submitted my inquiry and were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. Their team worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning two full office suites for us within a week, and the floors look amazing! I also really appreciated their patience and kindness as I coordinated everything from out of state. Excellent communication, great results, and top-notch service, you won’t regret booking with them!

I had a great experience using 3N1 Services. Right from the point of the project quote, I found Gerald to be professional in regard to coming on the day and time we agreed to quote the job and giving me honest feedback on what the expectations of the job would be.
We have a shop area where the flooring is scratched up and black due to moving machinery and running of jobs that had imbedded the black markings you see on the pictures. I was amazed how well the flooring came out considering the condition of the floor. They also cleaned up my vinyl wood flooring and carpets. Gerald was meticulous in moving items out of his way so he could do the carpet cleaning in every nook of the area he was cleaning.

We were so happy with the results.

3N1 Services did a wonderful job on my floors. The marble floors were looking dull and dirty and Robert brought them back to life. Now they’re all looking bright and white. The red stained grout in the shower from the iron in the water even looks much cleaner. Would highly recommend this company! I’ll definitely use them again in the future

We had Rodolfo (Robert) and Raymond working in our home for two full days, and their attention to detail was remarkable. They diamond‑ground, polished, buffed, and sealed our marble floors to perfection. Gerald also arranged for one of his team members to clean all of our upholstered furniture, which came out beautifully as well.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the results or with how extraordinarily kind and respectful the entire team was throughout the process. If I could give them a 10, I absolutely would!

We remodeled 2 bathrooms, remodeling is hard because of all the people in and out of your house and the dust and dirt! Everyone was so nice and professional, the owner and i became like family, he always answered when i called, if he didn't answer he would make sure to call me back. They laid down a brown paper walk way, they cleaned up every night before they left. I had a bad experience with a previous company that just did a poor job on my bathroom, so i was little anxious during the process. We Absolutely love and enjoy our bathrooms, the best part is we didn't have to buy anything! We pick out our tile and vanity at the showroom and the company provided everything.

4remodel did an excellent job on all three of our bathrooms in our newly purchased home. They were fast at responding during the three projects and were very professional, even with a newborn baby in the house. They had a on site project manager and teams that specialized on different parts of the remodel. I would highly recommend for any one looking to remodel their bathrooms.

I reached out to these guys some time early 2025 after seeing an ad from IG about bathroom remodel. I reached out about getting a quote and Ivo came and looked at my bathroom the same week and sent me over an estimate in a few days. After months of saving up I was finally ready to pull the trigger. March of 2026 Met with Ivo at his office picked out all the fixtures and finishes and he told me it was going to take 10-14 days. Paid my deposit. They started 4/8 demoed the bathroom cleaned it up and prepped do flooring and drywall. Exactly 14 days it took to get a new bathroom. He always remained in contact throughout the entire process, his guys tile work on the bathroom was very clean and neat. Absolutely LOVE my new bathroom. Can’t thank you guys enough! Thank you guys!!!!
