Constraction reviews in Deerfield Beach, Florida

I am grateful to God for the help that 4Remodel Florida gave to me in the starting of our remodeling process.

Love all our upgrades in our new home! & such a fair price!!

Don't trust them! They take the money and don't provide the service.

I highly recommend Ivo! Great Master Bathroom remodeling better than expected.

My house was completely renovated and I really appreciated all the service, assistance and turnaround time. My bathroom was amazing, paint, flooring... I'm happy to write this review and be able to recommend it.

Horrific experience. First, he did not show up the first time he was scheduled after my husband and I both took off work to meet him. The second time, he showed up, and we spend one hour with him going through everything. He said he could start the work in 15 days, so we cancelled other bids. He never followed back up. Finally, when we got a hold of him, two weeks later, he said he was too busy now and could not take the job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Thank you Ivo.. I love my Bathroom!
I recommend this guy!

The bathroom job was done quickly and looks wonderful. Ivo was friendly, professional and prompt, and while I was skeptical about over the phone color consulting, the swatches that arrived and how the project turned out ended up being perfect for what I described I wanted. Thank you!

They walked out on the job after being paid more than half of the total payment with less than half of the work complete.

They took the materials that we prepaid for and left our home filthy without cleaning up and they never used floor protection. They are morally corrupt and unprofessional. Do not trust this “business” with your hard earned money.

They will rush you to pay them on a timeline that is in advance of what was previously agreed upon, so that they can walk out on you without completing the work.

The workers cut corners and when we questioned the quality of the work the supervisor or boss instructed his workers to leave the job site and they never came back. We will never recommend this company to anyone and if you value your home, your project and your money run away from this unscrupulous company

Great team! Thank you for my flooring. Looks great! I recommend this company!

I decided to remodel my guest bathroom so I researched many companies. 4Remodel stood out to me on Instagram so I decided to contact them. I met with Ivo in my home, he was very patient, listened to all my needs, gave me suggestions and even provided me with references to call to verify their work. I called 3 references who were all consistent with great honest reviews. Ivo started my bathroom remodel the very next day with a promise to finish within 10 days. The workers came everyday, were very professional, very neat and clean. I was also provided with updates daily. Not one time did I feel like money or payments were more important than the work being done; Ivo made sure I was satisfied after each phase of work. Not only do I love my bathroom, but it was finished BEFORE the 10 days that was promised and the price was very fair compared to other companies I met with. I'm getting my kitchen remodeled next. I 100% recommend 4REMODEL Florida, you won't regret it!!!

I highly recommend Ivo. Great team work, easy to work with and all the job done on time. Just getting ready for the next master bathroom soon!

We recently had our bathroom remodeled, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish,Ivo was a true professional. He responded quickly, understood exactly what we wanted, and got to work right away.

The project was completed much faster than we expected, yet every detail is perfect — clean lines, precise tile work, and a spotless finish. They , Ivo and his team ,kept the area tidy throughout the job, respected our home, and communicated clearly every step of the way.

It’s rare to find someone who delivers both speed and quality, but Ivo and his team ] truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled bathroom work done right the first time!
