Constraction reviews in Deerfield Beach, Florida

I recently hired Eco Restoration & Construction to handle mold remediation in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. From start to finish, Josh Shon and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.

They arrived on time, assessed the situation carefully, and explained the remediation process in detail. Their attention to safety and cleanliness was impressive—they sealed off the affected area and used high-quality equipment to remove the mold effectively.

Not only did they eliminate the mold, but they also provided recommendations to prevent future issues. The team was courteous and respectful of my home and completed the job efficiently.

If you’re looking for a reliable and experienced mold remediation company, I highly recommend Eco Restoration & Construction. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I’m grateful for their outstanding service! I highly recommend this top-notch company.

We're very pleased with the full remodel of our condo that Eco Restoration did (floors throughout, kitchen, two bathrooms, painting, breaker panel replacement, etc.). I contacted four different companies and Eco was the only one that provided a detailed response and answered my follow-up questions. Their quote was lower than the estimates I discussed with the other contractors. Josh and his team worked with me to develop the statement of work to meet our requirements, finalize the design, and complete the permitting process. Work started on the day requested and someone from Eco was on site every workday until completion, with the exception of three days while the countertop work was completed. Their team and contractors did exceptional work and were very cooperative throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a remodel/renovation contractor.

I was referred to Eco Restoration by my Private Insurance Adjuster, the rear wall of my townhouse had major water and mold issues and rotten wood. Josh, the owner, came up, did his "look see" and reviewed our mold report, it was decided that the entire wall needed to be rebuilt. We made some changes from the original wall as far as windows and the sliding door, we put in impact windows. along with rebuilding the entire wall, we hade to rebuild the entire kitchen, we made some upgrades there too. Josh was very accommodating, helping us with the changes!!!! The work began in October 2020, we knew it was going to be a long process and the work was completed in April 2021. Yes it was a nightmare but having this company and their excellent crew made it a lil more bearable. I must give a shout out to one of Eco's crew leaders, Tony, he was/is the best!!!!! I'd like to name them all, Tony's crew but cant remember their names. In closing, I would recommend Eco Restoration for any type of construction work, Josh and his company are honest, reliable and courteous. Thank Josh for a great build back!!!!!

Fantastic bathroom remodel. From funky to fantastic. Josh and his crew are 100% professional and handle all of your needs. Experts in mold remediation and damage restoration. I highly recommend. Wish I could post pics!

I’ve used and referred Eco Restoration & Construction many times and can with full confidence say that they are a top notch construction company in the area. Whether you are in need of home restoration from damage or just want to make improvements you should strongly consider using them for your home projects and needs. The quality of work is fantastic but what sets them apart from other companies I’ve worked with is their team's knowledge and the service they provide to their customers.

Eco Restoration did a great job in our house. They quickly and efficiently cleaned the affected area and ensured there would be no further issues. They were easy to deal with, extremely responsive, and very competent. We highly recommend Eco.

Super pleased with the work that the Eco team did in our guest bathroom! They were super thorough with the mold remediation, discovered more than was intitially thought and expertly removed it all. Passed a post-remediation inspection with flying colors. Their team also did a great job replacing the affected wall/ceiling, installing tile, toilet, vanity, etc. It was a pleasure working with the whole team at Eco and I would recommend them to anyone for mold remediation and remodeling!

I did a lot of research before choosing ECO Restoration & Construction for my bathroom remodel. I liked the positive reviews, they are licensed and insured (very important!!!), and they gave me the best pricing of all the companies I contacted. That, to me, was the trifecta I needed to pull the trigger and get the project started.

Josh and Bianca are very professional, as are all the members of their crews. They LISTENED to me. They gave me good advice, and they knew what I wanted. Throughout the project, they interacted with me, responding promptly to all my uneducated questions, and incorporating little (or not-so-little) changes to my original vision seamlessly.

The project took a little longer than I expected (started in mid-January and ended at the beginning of March), but having never undertaken a remodeling project before I had no idea of what to expect. I don't know if the timing was good or not, but things rolled along smoothly throughout the process. The crew worked hard and kept my condo really clean throughout the job. I have a smallish condo, and the bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, where I was able to sleep with no problems during the remodel.

There were a few little things that needed touch-up at the end, and the crew did them immediately and efficiently. They went above and beyond what they promised. At the end, I was completely thrilled at the way my bathroom looks.

I've attached before and after pictures. I feel like I've entered a luxury spa every time I go into my bathroom now. I heartily recommend ECO Restoration & Construction for any repair, restoration, or remodeling job. They're great!

I had a flood from a leak in my bathroom. I called Eco Restoration and Construction for help. They picked up the phone, 2 other companies I tried went to voicemail. Eco arrived at my house 2 hours later and immediately began working to prevent mold and further damage!

Their team handled everything from the flood cleanup to complete mold remediation and restoration. When they were done, my house looked better than before.

I was so impressed that 6 months later, I hired them again for our kitchen remodel. Once again, they delivered exceptional results, staying on schedule and exceeding my expectations.

They're licensed and insured, which unfortunately in South Florida is not always the case. I highly recommend Eco Restoration and Construction for any restoration or remodeling needs, they're reliable, skilled, and trustworthy!

The best company of construction in Miami area!

The team is very committed and responsible.

Fantastic experience with Estrutura LLC! They did exceptional work, stayed on schedule, and communication was top-notch. Highly recommend!

This company has been an absolute nightmare. Disturbing neighbors with noise level that’s surpass the allowed dBA levels. Showing up before HOA permitted hours, playing music in front of neighboring units, smoking cigarettes all over the property and dumping their cigarette buds everywhere, talking loudly and yelling everywhere and hiring contractors that dump debris in gardens! ESTRUTRA are not building dreams, they’re building nightmares!

Very clean and on point. Very knowledgeable. They show up, very important!

I had a great experience with them for remodeling my entire home in Delray Beach, FL.They all are good worker. They have good working knowledge. They managed to made my room look beautiful.Whole room was greatly arranged. If i need them again i will surely call them.

Top notch quality and an exceptional team! Eco-Pure definitely exceeded all my expectations! Thank you for my new Kitchen!!!

This is the first review with more to come. The team is incredible. Erica, Valarie, Jerimiah, Matt, and Mr. Vince are a pleasure. Precision and communication are 2 words that should be included in Echo Pure Construction Company's brochure. I can attest to that.

I had Eco-Pure Construction build my dream home. Their staff was very knowledgeable, on time and got the job done right within my budget. Top notch quality and I highly recommend!

Very professional and very honest. Did a beautiful job within my budget. All of their employees were very accommodating. Never left a mess. Always on time and made a tragic room look beautiful. I will recommend them for any job- large or small. Definitely will use them again for other rooms in my home, and shall recommend them to friends and family.

Over 11 months to do 1 bathroom, finally got the final inspection yesterday, go to use the shower today and it’s leaking from behind the shower wall. This is only 1 of a multitude of issues we’ve had. They saw off the pipe, taped it back and used cardboard to hide it, can’t make this up.

11/23. Can’t make this up, tried to use the bathtub for the first time today, hot water never got hot and the tub flooded the floor.

Eco-Pure Construction did a complete renovation of the interior of my home. The work that they did was excellent. The project was completed on time, and the price was fair compared to other GC's. It made me much happier when I saw how prepared and organized they were while working on my home. The carpenters, laborers, and staff in their office were very professional and polite. Overall, it was a wonderful stress-free experience working with Eco-Pure Construction.
