Constraction reviews in Deerfield Beach, Florida

What a wonderful company to work with when dealing with such a stressful situation. Our water heater flooded our home and ECO came to the rescue right away. They are honest, sweet and supportive during a situation that is extremely difficult. I hope to never need this type of service again, but if I do, I will definitely reach out to them. I highly recommend their services!

It gives me great pleasure to give my highest recommendation to the quality of work by Eco Restoration & Construction. They recently painted the Clubhouse and Social Hall at The Club at Indian Lakes. They were meticulous in matching colors and after the job was done we couldn't tell if there was even a distinction between paint colors. All minor repairs were done as specified. The staff was professional, courteous and very competent. Great job! Thank you!

Josh Shon and his company have been superb for 2 separate emergencies in our home. They were always efficient and courteous and provided excellent recommendations. The response time to our initial calls was very fast and the work was completed without any unnecessary delays.

As a public insurance adjuster, I have recommended Josh and his company many times for water mitigation and mold remediation, and even have referred him for rebuild after a disaster. Always have received rave reviews from those I referred him to. When I bought a new house and needed some improvements done, I could think of nobody else to hire to do it. Josh, Tony and company did an outstanding job on my master bathroom. They re-tiled my shower, put in a niche to hold supplies and installed 2 vanities, mirrors, lights and more. And to top it off, he fabricated and installed a frameless shower door and window for the new shower. We are so happy we hired ERC to do this and would highly recommend them for any restoration or construction work needed.

Josh and his team were absolutely fantastic!

We had some issues with our bathroom, and after an underwhelming experience with another vendor, found ECO to be responsive, knowledgeable, communicative, and fair... all of the services and efforts that you'd hope to receive from a service provider or contractor, but so rarely do.

Highly, highly recommended for anyone in Palm Beach County (or beyond).

ECO is probably the best contractor I have ever worked with. We had major sub-floor damage in our home resulting in "spongy floors". Due to circumstances beyond ECO's control, the job had to be put on hold for several months while we found a contractor to install a vapor barrier underneath our house. That project was finally completed and ECO picked up right where they left off after the other contractor completed their job. Lewis and his assistant were friendly, professional and knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the job quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend ECO for any reconstruction or repairs that you may need done. Their quote was reasonable and fair and I have no doubt you will be happy with the results. Great job ECO!

So Fast acting!!! ERC made my Water Intrusion & Mold Emergency seem effortless. I was so impressed with their services I hired them to redesign and renovate my kitchen and bath.
5+ ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

I have nothing but the highest praise for Eco Restoration. I purchased a condo in Deerfield Beach which needed a total renovation. When Josh came to the apartment I had a very positive feeling about his proposals and estimate. The work done by his crew is amazing. Tony, the project manager, was so easy to work with. I liked all his ideas and suggestions. He is the very best! The end result is all and more than I could have imagined.
Desirae, the office manager, was also great! She returned all my phone calls and also gave me quite a few ideas as well. All in all, I have had the best experience anyone could have.

Josh and Eco Restoration was amazing for my unique and not super simple. Communication was excellent from start to finish and they were quick to problem solve when things didn’t go as planned. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the near future.

Every team member that we had liaised with from Eco were extremely professional - from Josh to Tony and to Pierre. We contacted Eco for 2 separate jobs. We really appreciate Josh's quick response and didn't wait for long to receive quotes. When his team members came, Tony explained and advised us what they are going to do and gave us a very good idea of how they are going to complete the job. Pierre and his team came to fix our 1st job and both of them were equally professional. Despite a heavy rain that day, they didn't complain nor stop working, and continued to get the job done. We felt very comfortable that our home projects were in the hands of Eco, and very assured that they will get the job done well which they did. Without any hesitation, they are now our go-to if we have any home projects!

Josh shun knows mold, clearly explained what is to done with suggestions. The work was done timely, guickly and amazingly they restored the wall the wall board and fixed up the molding. They did such a great job that one cannot tell where it was that they took the wall and molding apart. It is amazingly perfect.
Can’t imagine any outfit that can do it better.

Professional, trustworthy and focused on quality! If you are wondering who to rely on when it comes to your home, I would highly recommend this company. They know how to do the work correctly, and they know the insurance industry which can be very important if you are dealing with a claim.

ECO just remodeled our kitchen exactly how we requested and it looks AWESOME! Josh and his crew did an excellent professional job in less time than we expected. A plus was that Josh and Bianca were always available for our questions and concerns with a thorough explanation. We highly recommend ECO Restoration and Construction. Many thanks for a beautiful kitchen.

In today's fast-paced world, finding a reliable and trustworthy company can be a daunting task. However, my recent experience with Eco Restoration has been nothing short of exceptional, earning them a well-deserved 5-star review. From the initial consultation, Josh and his team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. The team just completed mold remediation in my master shower after we discovered a leak and I am extremely pleased with the results. ERC's expertise, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence have truly set them apart in the industry.

I recently had a great experience working with ECO Restoration and Construction to resolve the aftermath of a roof leak and the mold it produced in our walk-in closet. Josh did a thorough evaluation of the damage and laid out a general idea of what needed to be done. He followed up with an estimate and we scheduled the restoration work. Bottom line is his guys showed up when they were supposed and did a really nice job cleaning out the damage and mold and repairing the ceiling, walls and floor of our closet at a fair price. I will definitely use them again if needed.

We couldn't be happier with Eco Restoration! We are first-time homeowners and needed a good amount of work done before we moved in, including popcorn ceiling scraping, ceiling and rooms painted, drywall patching and air duct cleaning. Josh, the office team and the crew were professional, always on-time, exceptionally thorough and very responsive. We're so happy with the way everything turned out. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Can’t say enough about Eco restoration and construction. They did an amazing job on restoring my home after a roof leak had to get my ceilings fixed. They were on Time with the job. I’m in the real estate business and deal with a lot of contractors. I will definitely be referring them to clients for a job. Well done.

I found Eco Restoration on Next Door when I asked for a mold remediator and couldn't have been happier. First they asked for an independent mold inspection. Once that was completed, Josh came to assess the work. We worked out a timeline and got started. The crew was very professional, showing up on time, and cleaning up at the end of the day. They were meticulous about their work and often went beyond expectations. I highly recommend them for mold remediation.

I hired Eco Restoration And Construction when my house had a flood. They came in quickly and took care of everything for us. I have referred them to many of my friends and they have all have the same experience not only is Josh honest but a true professional.
Do not hesitate to use ERC!!

I had a great experience with Eco Restoration. They came highly recommended to me from my Facebook page of fellow moms and they didn’t disappoint. They had great communication, responded quickly, were honest, gave me a fair estimate, and did a great job resolving my mold issue. I would definitely use them again!

Our house needed mold remediation. I got in touch with Josh, and he came to the house quickly to inspect and provide an estimate. We worked together on the dates he would show up -- and he showed up (unlike some other contractors).

He communicated with me throughout the process so I understood what was going on. The final outcome was great: the house is cleaner, smells better, and just *feels* nicer. The work was expensive -- but I think it was a very fair price. I am so happy with Josh and Eco Restoration that I am considering them for a remodeling job I want to finish. Thanks, Josh!
