I called for plumbing repair and I was greeted by a polite and efficient dispatcher who offered me same day service. Kyle, the Plumber who repaired our plumbing, was courteous and knowledgeable.He completed the multiple jobs I needed repair with efficiency . He kept us informed as he worked on our repairs and as an added plus he cleaned up the areas where he worked leaving no mess behind.

Barb was very professional on the phone and got me an appointment quickly. The plumber called to let me know when he would arrive in the window Barb gave me, and when he got here he was efficient, clean and thorough. The cost was more than fair. Im a satisfied customer !

I had a pleasant experience for consultation on my water heater. Another guy told me that the unit was outdated.and needed replacement. The plumber was on time, he was very profession, explained everything in detail and even did research on the product. The Wilson plumber told me that I had 2 year warranty left and a life expectancy of 10 years on the water heater.. It is comforting to know that there are still some honest plumbers around that will not try to cheat and lie just to get you to pay more money for their job.

Very responsive and clear and fair pricing.
We had an issue with the central water heater for our 41 unit condo association.
Identified error, got parts and was repaired same day. Our tech was Olin! He was friendly knowledgeable fast and clean… hopefully not soon but definitely again!

L.M. Wilson has by far been the best contractor I have EVER used. L.M. Wilson plumbing is fast, efficient, HONEST, and every one of their staff members have been respectful, kind, and courteous. We are thrilled with our experience with LM Wilson Plumbing. I first contacted Olin about a water heater replacement. I was in no great rush however, he got me quickly scheduled.

Little did I know I’d need him for an emergency call before my scheduled appointment! My morning started out rather terrible with no toilets in the house flushing causing a backup. Frantically I text Olin at 7am this morning. Within 2 hours he sent Kyle to my home. Kyle saved the day. A few hours later he fixed my problem with the clogged lines. He was professional and friendly. He communicated what was happening.

I had a slab Leak that was causing water to leak into my walls and flood my bedroom and my home office. Jose from Plumbing SFL immediately responded to my phone call and sent out Brandon the same day. Within hours I had three technicians searching for the leak. They found where the problem was the same night and refused to leave until they stopped the water from leaking. Once they determined the cause they went into repair mode. Because the leak was in the slab, they had to reroute a new water line, which was not an easy or a fun job. Day two they had a new water line in place. Unfortunately, Phase II the cleanup stage was next. Jose with Plumbing SFL recommended another company to come in and assess the damage to start the repair and clean up phase with my Insurance Company. ***** 5 Stars I would Highly recommend

Since this review I had another Slab leak. Bob Came out and located it within the first hours and had my water back on within a few hours. another great performance.

This company is great! I realized that there was a leak in the kitchen sink. I called Plumbing SFL around 8 PM, spoke to a live person and arranged an appointment for the following day. Robert arrived promptly, explained everything in simple language and fixed the problem. He also checked to see if the adjacent cabinets were wet and gave me some suggestions to avoid this problem the future. I also appreciate that they confirmed the appointment via text and then sent me a text when Robert was 30 minutes away.

Jose and his team were fantastic! Professional, timely, kind and courteous. Especially with how they were able to fit me in on less than 24 hours notice during this busy time of year. Great work and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service.

I could not be more happy that I decided to go with Plumbing SFL. I had a slab leak, and my house flooded. Before my GC recommended Plumbing SFL, I had three different plumbing companies come to my home to provide estimates. Every company had a different approach to fixing the issue and had completely different prices. Unless I wanted to pay for my entire home to be rerouted, none of the other companies could reassure me that they could find and fix the problem and stay within their estimate. So I decided to trust my GC, who had dealt with them before and hoped for the best. Luckily, the work and service they provided were exactly what I signed up for. They fixed the leak, did more work than initially estimated, and stuck with the estimate. It's very hard to find trustworthy people in South Florida; these guys are trustworthy and professional experts.
