Called to get a rough estimate for getting gas into home for cooking. I was so appreciative of the fact that the gentleman took the time to try and give me as much info as he could so I can determine the best course of action. This sense of caring and taking time is SO RARE anymore as most companies leave the impression that they are doing you a favor to take your money. Not with this guy. He is great! !

Called at 3am to fix my problem, the only plumber that responded was him. Talking me calmly through the steps, he then announced that he'd be over to assist as soon as an emergency occurred. Today, when it seems like you have no one to turn to for help, it is so refreshing to encounter someone who was willing and able. I hope this plumbing company gets the Keith Lee-effect because they deserve to.

I found a wet patch on the bathroom ceiling. About 2:30 pm, I called the DJ. He told me he'd come the next day. He was able solve the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. He was very professional and polite throughout the process. I would definitely contact him again.

We were so lucky to find Dan, he is an absolute professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Dan is a bit of a perfectionist and the work he did for us is impecable (as you can see from the photos). We called Dan because we had a water softner and RO system that were old and no longer working properly. We also had a tankless water heater that we found out was improperly installed when we bought if a few years ago. Dan installed a whole house water conditioner and softener. He also installed a new RO system, and he fixed all the issues with the tankless water heater. We are extremely happy with the new sytem. I can't recommend Dan strongly enough.

Abel was our plumber. We could not be more fortunate. He arrived in the time frame provided. We described the symptoms and the problem. Abel immediately noticed that the plumbing underneath our kitchen sink was incorrect. Abel's explanation of the problem, and his solution was clear. Abel kept the work area clean and tidy throughout the process. The work area was spotless once he completed his task, and he did it within the estimated timeframe. Chris responded to an emergency call at Thanksgiving and was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He provided a good quote for our dig, which was the lowest we had received. He also worked quickly to obtain our permit and get the project underway. The job was completed in a single day by his team, despite the freezing temperatures that made it difficult to dig. We felt that he was honest and only had our best interests at heart. Would definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues.

Bruce was on time. He gave us a quote for the services we requested. He was very open to answering my questions, and gave excellent advice. He didn't try to upsell (which I really appreciated) and was very respectful of our home when he came in and left. He was very careful not to let our cat out, and he also loved our Boxer. Bruce was prompt in his work and took us through it once completed. Bruce and the company I work with are both highly recommended.

These guys are awesome! It was refreshing to see a new service provider. The company was more interested in fixing the problem, than charging a high price. The day before I was to leave on a trip, I had a need for same day service. There was a leak between two floors. They came the next day and provided multiple solutions with detailed explanations. In the end, I chose to use a mitigation strategy. They did what was asked and we are very efficient. I would recommend this company, they are real and do real work.

We needed to relocate a copper drain line and some water lines for a new kitchen. Brett was extremely accommodating and responsive from the very beginning. Their price was reasonable, and they fit us in their schedule quickly. It was discovered that there were a couple other issues related to age, which they quickly fixed. I work as a General Contractor, and will refer these guys to as many people as possible.

I just called them saying my main pipe outside the home burst 11/17/2015. They replied someone could take a look at it tomorrow but not repair until after thanksgiving because they are booked. That's over a week away! I don't want to give a one star to them but what else can I give? No help.

I came here for a few parts, they had them in stock and the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. I had a good experience.
