Horrible people!!!! NO STARS IF I COULD! They want a fast buck, and will do what they can to make sure they get it!! Bad attitude, very nasty people! Don't do business with them!
So many BAD REVIEWS..! Too bad I didnt look at them before I called them! Ugh!

The owners of this business are awesome honest people. And the employees they have are of equal merit. Love this place. They even have their own plumbing supply store to help reduce cost to consumers. Recommended them for all plumbing needs!!! :)

What a professional outfit. They arranged the permit. They showed up in time. They were efficient and skilled. We were very impressed and glad to know there is such a reputable plumber in Deerfield Beach. Thanks.

Had a long list of issues ,old fixtures , outdoor faucet, slow flushing toilets,...
Ted and apprentice Dan arrived time, looked at work to be done and proceeded to do it ... quickly, quietly, neatly. I appreciate their skills,, very professional. Would recommend

They are great! Patrick showed up on time, did the work and was done. He cleaned up everything. No issues at all. The staff in the office/store were really nice and helpful.

Woman in front was very short with me. Didn't seem like she wanted to help me. Even when a company does not have the part or product, customer service should always be present. Kindness goes a long way.

I went to Gilmer Plumbing to buy the correct part for a Baththub Drain. Service received by the owner was horrible. Rude, impatient and not receptive to my problem. He was even like that with his 2 nice ladies employes. That guy should take a long vacation...

I just have to say that your employee " PATRICK" was unbelievable in his warm, welcoming greet to us when he arrived!!!! Patrick went over and beyond with his services with great friendliness way about him of how professional he was and so much knowledge in his field!!! I am a plumber of 30yrs. I called for a replacement washer for an angle stop and they told me that the washer was "riveted" on and I couldn't replace it and I had to buy a whole new valve. Funny, I've replaced 100s of these washers in my tenure. I'd have more respect for them if they just said we don't carry the replacement washer.

I have dealt with a lot of plumbers over the years. No one comes close to the service and professionalism I have experienced with Gimler Plumbing. I found them to be honest, punctual, and fair priced. Also very important to me, they were mindful with the placement of their tools and equipment showing a high regard and respect for my home. I highly recommend Gimler Plumbing !

Jonathan and Ted went above and beyond to help me with the issue we had. While they were here we had a few more issues they were more then happy to help with. Melissa at the office is always so cheerful and if need be very very apologetic for any inconvenience. Gimler ROCKS!!!

They came in highly recommended but had a bad experience with them when the main water line of the house broke.
Pros:
- They tried hard to fix the problem the same day and worked late into the night
Cons:
- First estimate was for $1600 and tried to bill me $3200
- They chose the wrong path for new pipe and as a result it took them a lot longer to be able to dig the hole because they had to route it below a wall.
- They did not flush the line correctly and I ended up with sand in all the pipes/faucet/fill valves of the house. They tried to blame the problem on the main house valve owned by the city and tried to avoid taking responsibility initially telling me I would have to replace the faucets myself. It became clear that it was their fault when we got tons of sand out from every single faucet and toilet. They finally agreed cleaned the pipes with a vacum and were able to get a lot of the sand out. One of the faucets was not fixed and they don't want to take responsibility for it.
- They broke sprinkler system pipes when they dug

Overall: They tried to help but rushed the job and avoided taking responsibility for mistakes they made. They even suggested get recurring jobs to fix the things they broke in the first place.

I'm EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the knowledge of workers at this shop! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIMLER PLUMBING (aka DEERFIELD PLUMBING PARTS, INC").
My master bathroom shower head was leaking, and I knew I needed to replace the shower valve stem. I turned the water off to the whole house, in order to attempt the do-it-yourself job, and my wife was nervous about possibly not having water for an extended period. I didn't even know the brand of the valve or how to do the job. I brought one single poor quality photo into Gimler Plumbing, and the gentleman took a brief look at my photo and quickly said "I think it's a Moen valve, and this is the particular one you need", pulling one off the shelf. He described how to remove the valve stem. I also mentioned that I dropped a set screw for the faucet handle, and another gentleman working there said, "this is what you need" and handed me another bag off another shelf.

I brought the parts home, installed them, and all is working perfectly, exactly as described by Gimler Plumbing. My wife was thrilled that the entire home's water was back on so quickly.

Needed a faucet replaced bc I couldn’t find replacement part for current faucet. Didn’t want to call a friend on west coast . Referred here . Not only did I purchase part there , certified plumber installed part a week earlier than promised and completed job on time and within quoted price .

I’ve worked with Gimler Plumbing many times over the years. Always dependable and fairly priced.

I’ll try to do some jobs myself but I know my limitations. When I’ve reached by limits, I’l call Gimler to get it fixed right

Arrogant and bad attitudes all around. Estimated 1 hour to install kitchen faucet, but it took 2 hours. Billed around $300 for a sloppy job. We had to replace and my father in law installed the new faucet in 20 minutes. Either the skill level wasn't up to par or they were purposely trying to bill extra time. Would NOT recommend.

Wow. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.

You would think that somebody who drives a commercial vehicle would know the rules of the road.

I was biking down a quiet neighborhood street on the side of the road, as there was no bike lane. I was trying to stay close to the edge as to not inconvenience passing drivers. Then a Gimler Plumbing truck behind me honked at me. I stopped at the stop sign, and he pulled up right next to me, less than a foot from me, almost grazing me.

He then told me to get out of the road as he was "not trying to run into oncoming traffic" (there were no cars on the whole street) and asked me if my mother ever told me to stay out of the road... LOL.

I think it is safe to say that this employee has some problems. I would highly suggest staying far from this business. As to the employee driving the truck, I hope you find peace one day!

I have had the pleasure of having Gimler Plumbing maintain plumbing systems in multiple homes for over 30 years in Palm Beach and Broward Counties Recently I stopped in, faucet in hand to explain a master bathroom sink leak and purchase what I thought would repair the problem. Warren Gimler, the owner was on hand and spent quite a bit of time looking at the video I had of the leak and explaining what he thought was the problem.
I have known 3 generations of Gimlers and they have always been a pleasure to work with. So I was shocked when Warren shared a negative review that someone had posted just minutes before. This is a trying time for everyone. Everyone is coping with their own individual challenges so before you post a negative review about anyone, take a minute to rethink the role you've maybe played in the situation.

Gimler Plumbing is by far the most professional and honest plumbing company in South Florida. Had a pipe break in the wall and after I shut the water off I called and they were at my house within the hour. Replaced the pipe and also found another potential problem and went ahead and fixed that. I was figuring this was going to cost a good amount of money and I was wrong. Extremely fair price and the cleaned everything up like nothing happened. Will use in the future.
