No help and no call back

Best in the biz!! All in one stop shop. Plumbing to electrical, they have you covered. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Robert was my technician and arrived on time. He was helpful, quit, and efficient with his service. He explained the whole process before he started and solved my problem right away.

I set up an appointment with the service manager Ben. Their technician did not show up with in that two hour window and i called him. Robert blamed it on the service manager Ben for not scheduling this with him until it was too late. They played this blame game and weren't very kind and professional on the phone either. No one showed up at the end i had to find a new plumber. Just a waste of time...

Came to appt om time. Joseph was our plumber. He wore a mask wiped his feet very condsiderate. We had a clogged kitchen sink and he fixed our sink including going on the roof to snake the line. Excellent service

I scheduled appointments and they said they would call if they would have an issue. They did not call or show up when I called they said they were busy and forgot to call. Now they want me to take another day off work. Who is paying me for waiting??? Never again!! Insulting at $110.00 an hour. Plus parts ??? I lost twice a days wages and no resolve. Thank Plumbers Mart for wasting my day!!!

Plumbing Mart came out to my place of business supposedly fixed the toilet problem and within an HOUR the problem resumed and they charged me to come back out. Not good business and unprofessional do not recommend!

Service was great. The tech was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Toilet needed to be replaced and he was able to do it same day and job was done in less than two hours. He cleaned everything before he left and it looked great!!

Had a great experience with Caleb and Ryan. They showed up in about an hr of my call and they were very professional and respectful. They did a fantastic job installing a new disposal and fixing the leak from the drain. Caleb made sure that the issue was fixed properly and not repeat. Clearly he. A red about what he does which is not very common these days. Overall, it was a great experience.

There was a plumbing issue in an apartment and the plumber used a snake tool to attempt to unclog the toilet. This tool was pushed all the way to another apartment and destroyed the toilet in that apartment (see pictures), then without asking for our permission they used the rug in the room to stop the water from coming out of the toilet. The plumber would not pay for the damaged toilet or rug and was not able to fix the problem. So a new toilet, rug, (for a different apartment) had to be bought and another plumber called. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

The service man that service me overcharged me it was a drain that was visible that he had to unclog he went to it unclogged it in 5 minutes and charged me $400

Very nice. Company should show more professionalism. Letter head receipts. Let customer know if cash is required ahead of time. The gentleman you sent was very nice polite and patient. I don’t know how to work the camera. He has a picture on his phone. Please send receipt and e mail.

They came within an hour and fixed my problem quickly! Brian did great!

The technician Enrique was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I have 3 girls that live with me so I’m always nervous bringing new people into my house. Enrique cleared up any concerns from the beginning. He diagnosed the problem, gave me the price, and was done before I knew it. I will be calling again if and when other problems arise. Thanks again

Enrique Lantigua was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and offer a solution.

Was the job done ... yes.
Was the tech nice ... yes.
But $600.00 for a 30 minute snaking and jet job ...

If it wasn't for the fact that I was between rock and a hard place, and had to get the situation resolved immediately, I would have taken the time to find a much cheaper alternative.

I won't using them again any time soon.
