Amazing service! Very honest and professional! Two nice gentlemen came and fixed my clogged kitchen sink! Didn’t take long!

Wonderful company. Never talked me into something i didn’t need. I recommended this company to a friend of mine. No hidden fees. Pictures were taken and were showed to me with a simple to understand explanation. Kitchen plumbing was leaking all over the floor and even managed to seep through the walls to the sidewalk.I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

I needed an emergency plumbing repair I was in the middle of installing a new bathroom and we found out the handle oh the water turnoff for my unit was broken off. American Bath explained they needed the water off within two hours to stay on time with the bathroom project. I started calling all emergency plumbers, Donna from Mr Rooter ( she was the only one ) said she would check and call me back. Within 15 minutes we had a plumber Jay who could correct the problem. Mr Rooter kept my Bathroom project going on time! Jay really worked to get the valve replaced in record time. Needless to say I’ve simplified the project a bit but every problem Jay helped me work it out and finished the project in the time he said it would take. Mr Rooter is my plumbing company from now on!
When you see the price remember this was a timed emergency situation with immediate response.

My usual plumbing company wasn’t available for same-day service so I tried Mr. Rooter. A plumber arrived within an hour of my call, which I really appreciated, and there was no service call fee. However, I was quoted $737 (which included a military discount) to clear a mainline that was causing the toilet to back up into the shower. This seemed extremely high compared to what I’ve paid for the same service in the past. I requested a written estimate, and the plumber said it would be emailed, but days later I never received it, only a customer satisfaction survey.

Overall, I give credit for the prompt response & professionalism, but the pricing felt excessive and the follow-up was disappointing.

On Saturday, we experienced a leak in our home and called a company for assistance. They discovered a blockage in the drain pipe leading from the kitchen. The technician attempted to clear the blockage but unfortunately cracked the pipe in the process. The company took full responsibility for the situation.

They sent an additional technician the next day, equipped with a camera. He identified the crack and the blockage, successfully cleared the blockage, and repaired the pipe. He worked for several hours, and I was very impressed that they did not try to find excuses or raise the price for the repair; I was charged the original price quoted before the job began.

Had a leaky valve under the sink in my garage. Company came within an hour, located and repaired the leak. Fast, professional service and a reasonable charge.

Once again they were great! They replaced an old slow flushing/backed up tiolet and also snaked my system. Delvin once again was amazing! Request him as your tech! You won't have any regrets!

I had an emergency last week with a water leak on my ceiling. Enrique found the problem right away and fixed it for a great price. He was very knowledgeable and helped explain everything to me so I could understand. Would definitely recommend.

Lets talk about Rohn with Mr. Rooter FIRST. I'm all for "getting quotes" and, if I don't do my due diligence/research I would only have myself to blame. With that said, Rohn with Mr. Rooter - IS the company I used for SEVERAL REASONS (way too long to write about here) and MOST IMPORTANTLY to me: their truthfulness and guarantee. Rohn with Mr. Rooter is a TRUE professional who provided me with OPTIONS and he literally took the time to explain things CLEARLY. When it came to doing the repairs, they are fast and I hardly noticed them. Also, I believe they even disinfected my sewer line cuz it smelled GREAT after they completed the work. Now, I called "another known" company with the word "rooter" in it and in a nutshell: Got ripped off, paid for "the video" and told the following morning that the video was "complimentary" and it's [the video] been "dumped". Additionally, they wanted to RIP OUT my floor and repair the cracked pipe 6500.00, in ADDITION TO charging me for asbestos testing $600 per test (3) before they even begin "the work" (1800.00 for the tests only). The "samples" taken would "only be" about the size of 10 inches by 4 inches (nice eh??? 10 inch x 4 inch defect on my "floor"??? Now, IF the "tests" came back "positive", I'd be left hanging in the wind. Additionally, they couldn't wait to dig out the trench and demolish: my tile, my foundation in my bathroom, and "happily level out" the DIRT which would be "ready" to fill with cement before anything is "put back". i.e., putting the burden on me. Meanwhile, I reside in a 1-1 and couldn't even imagine having my toilet, vanity, and toiletries in my dining area let alone trying to find decent replacement tile, locate a cement guy, tile guy and waiting for curing time. Call Rohn with Mr. Rooter FIRST before you get your "other quotes" in hand. Having sewer line issues are not a "walk in the park". Rest assured when you call Rohn with Mr. Rooter you'll get the truthful facts! You'll have OPTIONS. They are Fast! They are Professional and have the LATEST in plumbing repair technology.

After the pipe connecting the water to our house was broken, we were stressed and anxious about the cost and what may be a couple of days without water. On a whim I called to try to get an estimate. I was informed that they provide completely free estimates, the tech comes out to you free of charge accesses the situation and provides the options for you. Enrique was incredible. He was clear about pricing and our options, he worked really hard to help us achieve the cheaper of the two by sweating the pipe out. There was a very small piece sticking out from the break and had to work really hard to do it. Knowledgeable and great at his job. He was quick, efficient, kind and funny. The next time I need a plumber I will be calling and asking for him.

I called Mr. Rooter today Explained that had a toilet that was stopped up. He\n Told me she could
have a service check there within 1 hour and sure enough. They showed up 1 hour later. The\n Technician's name was Ron. It diagnosed and correctly solved my problem in 15 minutes. It was very personable to speak with and very thorough in his work. I think they did an excellent job.

Technician Delvin was on time and was professional. After diagnosis of backup water in my toilet he offered to snake it out for me. It took less than 10 seconds.😆While I thought that the pricing was transparent I also thought that $188.00 was high based on how quickly it took

I had a major issue last night with a completely clogged kitchen sink—it was backed up and unusable. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing and was immediately impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule a visit.

The technician, Nick, arrived right on time and was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation quickly, explained exactly what needed to be done, and got to work immediately. He was mindful of keeping my kitchen clean and took care to protect the surrounding area.

My sink is draining perfectly now, better than it has in years, and he ensured everything was tested and cleaned up before leaving. He was friendly and patiently answered all my questions.

If you have plumbing issues, especially a stubborn clog, I highly recommend asking for Nick. This was a truly 5-star experience from start to finish. I won't hesitate to use this company again!

Delvin was a very nice & skilled Plumber I know because I myself am a Retired Professional Glass and Window Mechanic he was fast yet through professional Plumber so happy to see young men working the skilled Trades would highly recommend their services

Plumber, Stanley, was right on time and was very professional, courteous, and respectful. I appreciated that he answered my questions patiently. A gas valve and two water valves had to be replaced. He did expert work at a fair price. I highly recommend Mr Rooter for all your plumbing needs. Especially Stanley!

Very professional, knowledgeable and hard working to make sure the problem is accurately identified and addressed. My plumbing technician Herman was the greatest!!! Herman was outside in cold weather fixing my issue for hours. I felt bad but he was non-stop working and insisted he was going to fix the problem no matter how long it took!! Give that man a raise!!! 5 stars all the way around!!! He even called me the following day to make sure I was satisfied!!!! Herman you are the BEST!!! Thank you for your patience and assurance!!

Quick and “easy”. I learned that my laundry room pipe was full of roots and stopped us from being able to wash our clothes. We got and estimate on Saturday and the crew was here Monday/Tuesday to resolve the issue, including tunneling under our home. Kind and responsive staff and would recommend them for future plumbing needs.

This is the best plumbing company in South FL bar none! They came out right away and were very professional. Levi did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Fair price and very honest. Highly recommended!
