I got charged $89 for Sunday service. The guy was real nice and to be fair, he really tried to be helpful. That being said, he did not have tools with him to do a leak detection, which is what I asked the scheduler I needed. The $89 was for him to show up and tell me I could get the service for $1,000 the next day. Did not provide much real value and the company just lost a client forever. I realize I was paying for after hours. The expectation was that they would have been able to do some real work, not just tell me they do not carry all equipment on Sundays and that the $89 would be discounted from my total if I hired the service on regular business hours. The scheduler could have also given me an idea of the cost when I asked, but was told that price would only be provided in person. With other companies charging half or less for the same service, this felt somewhat like a scam.

I had an outstanding experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! After our water heater flooded our house, they quickly came to the rescue, making a late evening call to provide us with water for the night. The next day, they returned to replace the water heater and did an excellent job. Caleb, our technician, was both professional and personable, ensuring everything was done right. They even provided us with the necessary documentation for our insurance company. To top it off, they followed up today to let us know when our technician would be arriving and keeping us updated on the status of our service. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter – they truly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!

I had a lot of things that needed fixing and Ryan went above and beyond taking care of it and he did it all professionally. He also never complained when issues came up and had a smile on his face the whole time. I could not recommend this company more. From the woman who I talked to at the office to the great work Ryan did here it all was 5 star

The initial request phone call was warm and concise. The dispatcher/appointment scheduler was thorough and patient, answering my questions and setting the right expectations for the work to be completed. the plumber, Jeff was professional, educational, well-versed and trained in his skill set. looking forward to getting other plumbing jobs completed using this plumber and this company.

We’ve used Mr Rooter multiple times since we moved into our home and are always happy with their service, but today we found out we had to replace our water heater unexpectedly. Our tech Jakob was our night in shining armor - he took the time to explain the issues to us, diagnose the problem and solution it. He installed our new water heater quickly and was kind enough to answer any questions we had while he worked. He truly went above and beyond with customer service. We were so happy with the job he did and hope to have him treat any more issues we may have in the future. Thank you Jakob and Mr Rooter!

We’re very happy! We heard a noise coming from our tankless water heater. We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing on Saturday, the day after 7/4. (Holiday weekend.)They sent Ron to our house the same day. Though not sure of the cause of the problem, he kept working till he found it, his manager and another plumber also helped and all were professional, friendly and explained everything. Nothing added to original quote. It took an additional 2 days, but they found and fixed the problem. A+. We’d give more than 5 stars if we could.

Landlords like to do everything possible themselves, but when it’s a job to tough in pluming I think Mr Rooter is professional and reasonably priced. They always send a seasoned professional that’s totally knowledgeable with zero nonsense!
