Found my new plumbing services company in Gimler Plumbing!!! Called in the early morning with a sewer backup issue. They sent someone within 1.5 hours to assess and fix the problem. After fixing the main clog, the plumber decided against re-sealing the toilet (which he thought he was going to have to do when he first came in). I appreciate having a professional who re-assesses a situation and gives me the options based on his professional opinion—vs just automatically doing the work just to bill it out. Thank you Gimler.

This was the first time I used Gimler Plumbing and I was very impressed! Dillon came in, fixed my stopped up toilet seat, and was out within 10 minutes! Thank you Gimler and Dillon!!

Ace Hardware did not stock the aerator for my faucet so they highly recommended Gimler Plumbing to find the part I needed. I called Gimler before making a drive to confirm they would have the aerator I needed. The lady who answered the phone insisted that I would not be able to find the part I need, that my faucet was a piece of throw-away garbage, and that I just needed to buy a new faucet from them. After speaking with her, I found the part I needed on Amazon, it arrived the next day (for $4.99), and my faucet works great now. I will never again bother with Gimler.

After a DIY gone wrong, emailed Gimler at 10PM for a non-emergency MOEN cartridge repair and replacement. By 8AM the next morning, Gimler called to schedule an appointment. Was told it would be done between 10AM and noon. Ted showed up early (amazing!). He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great service and highly recommend! Will absolutely call again if needed.

The people at Gimler are highly professional and responsive. In an emergency situation their efforts to deal quickly with a tree root blocked drain went above and beyond our expectations..Brooke Gimler was exceptionally helpful for which we are grateful.

This place was very helpful when I was trying to find a shower control knob. I had no idea what type control it was and they wouldn't sell me a knob without seeing the type of cartridge it was. I'm glad they didn't and have alot of respect for them. Turns out I already had the correct knob, the problem was the old knob was completely wrong. They saved me money and future issues, and for that I am grateful! Excellent service and I thank them so much!!!!!

Great practical advice on how to fix my Koehler toilet. I had watched YouTube videos but they weren’t too helpful. Stopped in at Home Depot, then Ace Hardware and they sent me to Gimler Plumbing. Staff sold me the rubber gasket I needed, and gave excellent, excellent advice on using channel locks to hold a delicate part steady while removing the top piece. Worked like a charm !! Highly recommend Gimler plumbing for Koehler or any other plumbing needs !!!

The plumber had to remove the fittings from the back of
my bathroom vanity in order to snake the main pipe drain that's in in the wall. The plumber re-fitted the the fittings and never took into consideration the drawers. Now my drawer won't close like it use to and I was told to cut my drawers. The fittings won't tightly fitted either and I still had a drainage issue. They refused to return and fix my issue. -
I was happy with the service people, Patrick Chris and Ted. Not happy with the company on how they handle their business I could do without their office staff they are not customer friendly at all. If it wasn't for the office they would have gotten 5 stars Two problems were another labor charge for the flange and the extra charge for living where I live What about your rescheduling my appointment and sending the men here without the toilet and then finding out the toilet was broken and you had to reorder it can't believe you don't check your deliveries. I just believe this whole was handled poorly and cost me an $100.00 more.

Love Gimler Plumbing! Being new to the area, my friend recommended them. Had such a great experience from begging to end. The girls who answer their phones are so on top of it, had me send pictures of certain faucets etc. so they could make sure they brought all the correct parts (very thorough), the guy who came was great, so nice and even took a few parts back to the office to fix & came back quickly after. Fair pricing. I never thought I’d be excited to have a plumber but they were great!

Gimler Plumbing estimated $150 if job was easy, $250 for complex job if they needed to snake from 2nd story or from toilet.
Snake was easy, from the front of the house (next to truck) - 20 ft to city line.
Charged $363 ($250 + $100 to look at toilet).
Invoice was excessive for 1 hour non-rush job. I paid but will think twice before using this subcontractor again.
Technician was excellent and courteous.
Post is to alert other potential customers.
1/19/2024 - Gimler telephoned claiming $250 is it's base charge to snake and denied the above post. It also claimed the $100 was for an additional task that took the plumber approx. 5-10 minutes.
In the call, the rep asked why I didn't call the owner about the charges rather than speaking with the on-site plumber. Of note - the owner didn't call today, but gave instructions in the background; and the call was fairly aggressive by Gimler.
In exchange for removal of the negative post, Gimler offered to reduce the charge by $50. I refused because (1) I thought the charge to snake was misrepresented and excessive, and (2) the excessive charge was compounded by a $100 charge for 5-10 minutes of work, that was within the first hour of work I was charged $250 for.
Gimler refused to remove the additional $100 charge and withdrew its offer to reduce the bill by $50.
Again, post is simply to alert other potential customers.

I cannot speak in regards to the services but I walked into the store looking for a part and encountered the rudest/most unpleasant person I have ever dealt with in a small business. Not sure if he was the owner or a manager but if it was the owner he should stay away from his business and if it was a manager/employee he should not work with the public. It made a trip to Home Depot feel like a luxury experience. I open the box to check to see if the unit would work for my application. I just unscrewed the drain cover to see if the tread would work with my existing unit. I was scolded and told not disassemble the product. If unscrewing the drain cap from the drain risks damaging the unit, you can keep it. A good customer interaction seminar would be highly recommended. Oh just one more thing, yes the caps can be cross compatible with existing drains as long as the diameter and female threads are the match but I didn't want to argue with the one employee in the store that was semi polite.

I called Gimler Plumbing to install a new tub valve and they were able to finish the job in an hour. Melissa at the front desk said "he can be there within the hour", the technician showed up in 30 minutes. The service was superior and Melissa and Brooke are the most helpful when it comes to getting plans in motion! I will definitely be calling them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

I'm sorry but what has happened to store owners or storefront managers not acknowledging their customers? I didn't mean to disturb the peace.
This is not a parts store. I've been there 3 times and end up at Ace hardware. Where the people are more pleasant and they have the parts you need -
Used Gimler Plumbing many times before because they are nearby, today is mo different. Called in for service before 8 am, before 9 am their technician Ted was already done and out. Very proficient, polite, professional and reasonable prices. Thank You Gimler Plumbing!!!!

Had a water heater leak in my Rental property. They gave clear instructions for my niece to turn off water and shut off on the electrical panel. I live in another state, and they jumped on my urgent need. We sent some pictures back and forth and within 48 hours a brand-new unit and everything to code and perfect. My unit was 12 years old and needed replaced. From Brooke in office and the entire team they did superb. Chris was the technician and did an amazing job at install and removing. Great People and Service! Family Owned. :)

thank you Gimler Plumbing, we could not use our shower without a major leak in the bathroom. Chris came out earlier than expected and was extremely professional and knowledgeable and we appreciate everything he did. Way to go Chris thank you

$180 for a simple faucet installation not including the $40 faucet that I purchased at home depot. Please be aware that they start charging for time from the time the park the car in your neighborhood or the pass the gate at your neighborhood. They use the time from their car GPS not the actual time they were working in your house. BE AWARE. They also ruin the paint behind the faucet. Total RIP OFF Not to mention they reschedule 3 times while we had a leak for a month!!!!! waste of money and WATER.

I used Gimler to replace a toilet and reattach the sink plumbing in a second bath that we had retiled. They provided a reasonable price point for the quality of toilet we wanted and I felt like it was better quality than the ones I could buy at a big box store. The installer, Chris, was not only polite and responsive but was highly competent in performing the work required. He was tidy and efficient. I am well pleased with their work and assistance through the entire process. Give them a try as I don't believe you will be disappointed
