They have no clue about plumbing or diagnosing a leak. Eric Menendez came to my home (an hour late), charged me $425 to diagnose a leak in the kitchen that wasn't the problem and then provided me an estimate of $2,600 to fix the plumbing in the kitchen.

I called another Plumbing company because the Blue Frog diagnosis did not make sense and the issue was the AC..not the plumbing. BTW the kitchen is nowhere near my AC.

Do not use this company...take it from someone who learned the hard way! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Eric has gone above and beyond to explain step by step where the leak is, what damage it caused (personally showed me the damage instead of just saying you have damage), and provided multiple options to fixing the problem. Eric was awesome. He came to my home on the weekend and was able to help us unclog our bathrooms. He didn’t only do what was required but he went above and beyond. As he did the work he educated us on what he was doing, what was needed, and what we needed to do in the future. Highly recommend him.

Called because whole house was backed up. Master bath was first problem then expanded from there. They came as promised, snaked, said there was a clog out near street that was cleared, and a video to evaluate a break in line, no break. The master toilet still would not flush, said it would be several hundred more for them to remove toilet and unclog. We were told there was a clog in toilet itself and it was our responsibility to clear that and charged $458 for the clog by street. My husband took a shower that night and the water went all over the bathroom floor. Called them back out, because clog in toilet would not cause shower to back up. Then we were told it's a different problem not
covered under the $458 already paid. The toilet still did not flush so no worries that we caused any other problem. Now my kitchen sink is backing up again. So thanks to Bluefrog I paid for absolutely nothing and will have to call a reputable company to fix the problem.

Great Experience! Great price! They came out right away and repaired my leaking shower faucet and replaced a main shutoff valve. They helped with insurance questions and put me in touch with multiple water restoration companies. I would call them again!

Erik and Nick were extremely professional from start to finish. They came in, assessed the problem. While I was out of town I trusted them with a key to my home, they came in, did what was needed. Cleaned everything up and fixed more than what was needed. It is hard to find professionals that are honest and get the job done. It is worth every penny to get the job done right the first time.

I hired Blue Frog to do an outdoor sewage drain project. I paid them more than $4000 upfront to start work and after occasional updates from them they disappeared with my money and have been completely unresponsive. Do not use! I am considering legal action against the company.

Erik was very good. He took his time to check everything very thoroughly and took time to explain what was wrong. Any questions I had were addressed. He was running a little late for the appointment but his office kept me informed. Very happy with the service.

Eric showed up on time. Very personable and very professional. I called because I thought I had a leak. He checked everywhere, there was no moisture anywhere. I told him to double check and remove part of the wall to check inside, he cut a perfect square so it could be replaced without any trouble. Fortunately, there wasn't a leak. He cleaned up after himself, vacuumed the dust and debris. Charged a very fair amount.

Very professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable! Came home from work and had no hot water! Googled plumbers and they answered when I called after hours! Erik and Wenzel came that evening and replaced my water heater! Was very happy with them and have used them for other plumbing issues as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This company is fantastic. Erik found and explained the situation in detail so that I can understand what my best options are for a bad leak fix. He did not push any particular course of action but rather gave me my options so I can make an informed decision. Highly knowledgeable and very personable. I would trust them with any future issues.

I had a problem with our sewer. We hired Bluefrog to resolve the issue. Cameras passed and found that there was a problem with the connection to the city's sewer system. BlueFrog asked us $1,200.00 to do the preparation, we authorized the service. They said it was ready and they would come the next day to plug the hole, they didn't come and it stayed open. We had the problem again, we called the city that looked and informed us that the service was not done. We tried to contact them several times through the company's phone and the technician's phone, they simply don't answer us or hang up the phone.I do not recommend

This plumbing company is amazing! They have great customer service and do whatever they can for there customers! I had a leak in my house that I’m renting out and needed someone to go out as soon as possible for a reasonable price and they made it happen! Thank you all for the great experience! Will definitely recommend you to my family and friends!

Was referred by a friend to BlueFrog Plumbing to help with a pretty significant leak in our home. Performed a complicated repair rather quickly which was impressive. They are also helping us get reimbursed from our insurance company. Highly recommend these guys
