Great company. Never had any issues. From calling there office, scheduling a day and time to come out for our yearly inspection on our commercial backflow, in a fast response. Seeing it through from pulling permit and filing results with the city. It’s a company I can rely on to start to finish.

Kyle plumbing was extremely responsive from the first contact. I researched and read reviews of a few companies before picking up the phone. I wanted to make an informed decision and find a professional advocate to document and help me through the process when a pipe exploded on my mother’s home.

Dorson performed the repair. He arrived on time. He explained everything in detail. He was professional in his manner and appearance. He showed me the cause and then, he resolved the problem. This was all “as expected.”

However, Dorson went above and beyond my expectations. He reassured me. He calmed me down in a very stressful situation. He immediately started documenting for the insurance company claim and informed me on their requirements . Smart . Courteous. Kind. I was confident in his abilities and that I made the right decision on plumbing companies before he started the job. By the end, I was able to extract a little humor, and I am pleased with a job well done!

It's a SCAM. Avoid them. To confirm an appointment they require to put credit card on file. They were not able to come for emergency call, all plumbers were "sick or busy". Came next day. One person spent two hours in the apartment, bought materials in Home Depot for $50. Showed me invoice for $802 on his phone. Super expensive but I agreed. And after all they charged my card for $1'838. I had to hire lawyer to resolve this, still working on it

Great service In reliable professional however, for what was done the price was a little high however, it may just be my lack of understanding spent less than an hour and a half $800-$900. Installed two sink faucets. That was $500 an hour

Update: After talking to the owner about my situation (very professional man I must say) everything was sorted out with the price. I still believe they are a good company but as I said to him a little more customer service training may be in order. Thankfully this is all done now.

The tech was very pleasant, but I got a real sticker shock when I got the price. I was led to believe that the $40 and change would come off anything they had to do but that was not true. You only get this if you sign up for a service plan, number one disappointment. Next the price, $235.00 for them to re-ignite the pilot light on my gas water heater. As it is gas I was a little skeptical about doing this myself but for a five second fix I should have taken the chance. It only went out after my husband had lowered the temperature of the water but seemed to have shut it off completely. Terribly upset about this. Never again and would not recommend. Now after reading other reviews (which I should have done from the start) they are price gougers. I am truly stupid.

Came early and even though I wasn't there the guys were willing to wait 10 minutes for me to arrive. They quickly evaluated the situation, explained what was going on and provided a quick fix. Thanks
