I just had the most gratifying experience with two of Superior employees. Rob and Tahje were ultra professional in dealing with my problem. These guys knew what they were doing! I would request them again. They were well trained and professional. They put my worries to rest. 🙂

Complete rip-off. They charge but the task and not by the hour. We hit a pipe rehanging a cabinet. We knew exactly where the leak was. We were going to open the wall up for the plumber but he said he would prefer to do it. Thats because he charged 200 bucks just to cut a small hole with a dry wall saw. Tack on another 365 bucks to install a sharkbite which took less than 5 minutes. Did I mention that part cost about 2-3 dollars? He had a giant van and still had to go to home depot for the part. I would never use this company again. The whole fiasco cost $660 and equated to about 15 minutes of work. I wish we had opened the wall ourselves. Anyone can install a sharkbite.

Jonathan came out and was exceptional! He was very professional and quick. The clog was cleared in a matter of minutes and he gave me tips on how to prevent future clogs. I was so frustrated and tired with the plumbing issue, thanks so much for the great work!

Incredibly reliable company and awesome customer service!! Dustin came out to work on my shower fixture because only scalding hot water was coming out of it. Come to find out, I have a hans groie fixture and the part was discontinued 8 years ago. I just moved into this house so I was worried. He called around and finally found the part in west palm and it was the only warehouse that actually had the part in stock! He graciously worked around my busy schedule and came out and fixed it. It's as good as new and I can finally take a shower that I dont get 2nd degree burns from!! Dustin is absolutely amazing, fun to talk to, knowledge and I highly recommend him and this company. Don't use Superior Plumbing whatever you do! They sent out an inexperienced plumber to fix my shower leak. The guy attempts to fix it thinking it is the shower valve, he made the leak worse, then he says he will be back, he had to talk to a supervisor as he can't figure out the problem, then leaves me with a worse leak for 3 day's. I called all weekend, no call backs. The worst plumbing company ever.

John was prompt, professional and polite. Provided good options and addressed and repaired all concerns. John was good at communicating the issues and was very careful of my home in making the repairs and overall was a good guy. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

I used Superior Plumbing & Air to hook up a new kitchen sink and disposer. They showed up when they said they would, and I thought the price was fair. The plumber even waited while I ran to Home Depot to get a different disposer. I will definitely use them again.

I really liked the plumber who came he was very nice hence the additional star. But I'm disappointed that the issue (water backing up into tub in guest room which is used rarely) they came for a few days ago has still not cleared up and they will not send someone out to fix the issue without us paying again. So after $400 down the drain (pun intended) I saw no reason to have them come back and pay again as they didn't find the issue and didn't offer to come try to fix the original problem. They noted that they would only come back with complimentary services if within 24 hours of service and that all other plumbing companies operate in the same way and will charge after 24 hours... a real disappointment :(

I've used Superior many times for my plumbing needs (to repair a burst pipe that was behind a wall, to fix and them install a new hot water heater and to fix a clogged drain). Everytime my technician has been quick, curteous and knowledgeable. I recommend requesting Dustin. He's the best!

Superior in every way:
Great customer experience (Jacqueline), technician was dispatched very quickly, he (Adam) was very courteous and very knowledgeable (we just had another company looking at the same issue and they completely misdiagnosed the issue) and the price was fair.
I will be using Superior Plumbing & Air moving forward and I highly recommend them.

Superior had to return to my home to complete a job that was not done the 1st time. Their tech cut into a pipe, had not turned off the main water and as a result, flooded my home with gallons and gallons of water. Damage to my hardwood floors and baseboards. Their VP did not want to turn in the claim to their insurance, but after months of back and forth, finally did. Their insurance carrier offered me about half of what it is going to cost for the total repair. Claim happened in November, now it's the end of February, still not corrected. Baseboards and floors damaged and must be replaced. They were rude and beyond unprofessional, and after my calling several times, would not return my calls. I had to finally turn the claim into my homeowners insurance. I gave them one star only because I had to to post this review.

Kevin and Giovanni repaired a shower faucet for me yesterday. They did a superb job in every respect. Your company is responsive, efficient and does great work at a fair price. These guys were a pleasure to have working in my home.

During the course of a very busy Monday morning, we experienced a flooded bathroom. We placed an emergency call to Superior Plumbing and they responded immediately. They quoted a price which I thought was fair, and promptly repaired the water leak. When it came time to pay, I was delighted that the actual bill was less than they quoted. I want to thank Superior Plumbing for their outstanding customer service, but more importantly, I appreciate their honesty. They truly are "Superior"!!!

We had a great experience with Superior Plumbing & Air. We were referred this company after having many bad experiences with plumbers over the years from bad service to overcharging. When our hot water went out due to a faulty boiler, Superior came very quickly and gave us not only a cheaper quote but was able to fix it in one day without having to replace the entire boiler which is what another company had recommended. Superior's knowledge of plumbing truly fit's their name. Superior!

He came on Saturday and fixed pipe over dielectric valve. Made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction and asked me if there was anything else I could do today to help me as a17 year homeowner. I had initially contacted superior plumbing a day earlier via home advisor for my neighbor who was highly satisfied as well with the replacement of her main water shutoff valve.

Superior Plumbing and Air came out on the same day I called, did excellent work, and gave me a great price on that work. Dustin was awesome and gave me an estimate on other plumbing needs that was better than their competitors. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing and Air!!!
