Posting this trying to do business with this company for a few months now nobody returns phone calls nor answers the phones

I came here to buy some thing for an emergency project down the road when I got here I had to stand in the hot warehouse for about 15 min till someone helped one once being helped they made me feel like a complete inconvenience to them horrible customer service I would suggest new staff for the owner

I waited 10 minutes for someone in the warehouse to help me and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

This place has a good selection but the guys that cash u out in the back are very rude and don’t have patience to help u with what u need they even gave me a business card for another pluming supply store down the street cause he didn’t want to help me find what I needed

They worth 0 star, strict appointment, very slow unloading, because of their slow unloading I stuck in FL all weekend!

Truck drivers delivering here have to enter off S W 10th st . Go east on SW 10th st off Powerline / Turn at 1st left then make your way thru the other buildings!

OVER THE ROAD DRIVERS THAT ARE DELIVERING HERE BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE READY TO SIT AT THIS PLACE FOR AWHILE. THIS RECEIVER IS VERY RUDE AND WORKER IN WAREHOUSE ALSO VERY RUDE THEY KICKED ME OUT AT 1PM SAYING THEY ARE DONE WITH WORKING I PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND THEY WERE STILL WORKING IN THE WAREHOUSE AND TRUCKS TILL 5-6PM.
I WAS ON SITE 2/28/19 @ 1PM AND IM STILL HERE AND IT 3/1/2019 930 AM AND THEY LADY TOLD ME MAYBE ANOTHER 6 HOURS TILL IM OFFLOAD! NASTY PLACE

I built a bathroom exactly 3 years ago using Next for all my plumbing supplies. I am now building another one and my car took me back to next as it knew as well as I knew that there is no better. The service the assistance the courtesy and reliability are more than excellent. Mila and Pam were more than helpful and made it a fun experience. They have merchandise in several price ranges and work within your budget. Never know maybe there is another bathroom in my future. well i know where to buy my plumbing supplies.

I walk in 10 minutes prior to closing just ready to quickly buy a rain shower no hassle just needed to pick one I liked off the wall and take it home for my plumber who was currently working on our new master bathroom and a blonde lady with absolutely no customer service skills keep in mind she is with another customer she yells across the showroom like I'm invading her space and basically kicked me out said and I quote "she cannot help me with a shower system right now". Seems they have better things to do then actually work or sell when your still open and on the clock. She must be the owner, if not then management should have a sit down. I own my own business and I don't train any of my employees to talk to customers in that manor whether your purchasing or not. I can make a lot of decisions in 10 minutes, I can buy a new living room furniture set, a large gazebo, a new fence for my yard, I can pick out a new car in 10 minutes but a rain shower system? Thank you for nothing. Horrible place im disgusted and very disappointed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The person I had the displeasure of interacting with literally went out of his way to be rude. Ended up ordering what I needed from amazon for 1/3 of the price. I would thank him for saving me money but he doesn’t even deserve that.

Boy times have changed. Older miserable cashier guy at back ramp changed any future business with me. Got my part and left. Go elsewhere!!!
