I bought all my plumbing fixtures and faucets from Next and had no problem with anything. After two years, one of my faucets had a minor cosmetic issue that was remedied by Melissa S., who notified the manufacturer, and within a week , a replacement part arrived at my house. She was terrific to deal with and I recommend Next very highly.

Great selection of plumbing fixtures. Umberto was extremely friendly and helpful. We ordered our entire Master Bathroom from them and everything was delivered on time. They are competitively priced and have all price points for your taste in plumbing items for your home or business.

Avoid going to Next Plumbing Supply in Deerfield Beach if you're a consumer or interior designer. On May 31, 2017 I brought my client to the showroom to shop for 2 bathroom faucets, tub filler and bathroom accessories. This was my first time there with a client and it was closest to her home in Boynton Beach. We were not greeted or acknowledged. After my client made here selections, I approached one of female sale person who was on the phone and said to us she was in the middle of something and would "try to convince one of her coworkers to assist us" which in mind my was a very odd thing to say. Why would you need to CONVINCE your coworker to help us? She continued to complain about not being able to leave her desk because she has to answer the phone, clearly this was not a professional person with good tact, quite the opposite. While we waited for the other male sales associate to assist us, another customer entered the showroom and walked right up to the woman's desk and proceed to sit in front of the sales person. After the sales person hung up the phone she walked over to the customer, hugged her and proceeded to help this customer who came there 20 minutes after us. Obviously she knew this customer well but, where is the professionalism and respect for my client and I who were waiting patiently to place an order. As a very successful interior designer and former owner of a furniture showroom, I understand the importance of having good business relationships in our industry. and demonstrating politeness and professionalism. After waiting at NEXT Plumbing for more than 20 minutes without any assistance, I suggested to my client that we take her business to another showroom and she agreed. We took photos in Next showroom of all the items my client selected we took our business to a plumbing store in Pompano Beach where my client purchased over $4,000 for faucets, tub filler plus other accessories for her master bathroom. Next Plumbing in Deerfield Beach should not be open to the public. If there sales associates want to just take orders over the phone then close your doors now! I will never take another client to Next Plumbing in Deerfield Beach after this experience.

My husband and I walked in to the show room looking for some replacement parts for our shower and were completely ignored by the staff. Finally we went up to one of the employees and were treated as if we were a total inconvenience and annoyance to him. He was rude and brash and incredibly unhelpful. We will never return here to do business. Little did they know we are planning an entire bathroom renovation and we are happy to take our business elsewhere. Ridiculous!

I purchased $12K of fixtures from Next through my GC's account. I worked with Victor and would advise anyone to steer clear of working with him. Unless you enjoy the feeling of being a) a nuisance, b) wrong, c) have your comments extended to hyperbole and misconstrued, then stay away.

nice selection in showroom, too bad most of the sales people are typical sales people. once you make that payment, good luck getting them on the phone;from misleading to direct lies, this place can cost u a lot of EXTRA time money and sanity

Next Plumbing Supply furnished my entire home with everything I needed for my gut renovation. It was such a wonderful experience working with their knowledgeable team of people. Everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. I feel very fortunate to have worked with such excellent professionals in the business. I can't wait to work with them again on my next project! I went to the West Palm branch and worked with the salesperson and got the same reaction as the other reviewer. They treated me like they were doing me a favor by buying from them. I actually got confused on whose house we were selecting the fixtures for as the salesperson dictated and criticized my selections.

Unfortunately we had to order from them, then we ran into an issue where a fixture did not fit right. You guess it, they wont take responsbility.

STAY AWAY...shop online. You get better pricing.

Yesterday, 12/6/22 I returned a Delta Shower Bar Kit that was missing the (2) cover tubes for the mounting brackets. I had just opened the box that was sealed with tape so I know it was new from the factory. I went to Victor who sold the shower mixer, diverter, hand spray nozzle bar kt and shower head that cost over $1000 to my client at my recommendation. Victor then to my complete surprise accused me of lying, quote "all you have to do is admit you lost them and I would have replaced them". I told Victor that I did not lie, that the box was sealed with tape, and that I did not appreciate being called a liar. Victor then stated, "well I replaced the parts for you didn't I?" It will be a very cold day in hello before I go back to Next Plumbing.

Melissa is my ‘go to person’. Always pleasant and knowledgeable. The showroom staff seem to work well together which makes for a pleasant environment. However, my preference is, by far, for Melissa. She is the most patient and answers questions without condescension. Each project Is unique and she offers great suggestions/solutions. She cares!

Terrible customer service and high pricing. We were completely renovating our house and needed everything for 5 bathrooms, 2 mini bars, a full bar and kitchen. We had never been to Next Plumbing before but had heard of it so we thought maybe they would have everything we needed all in one place. Well it was not at all what we had expected! Not one person there had the slightest smile on there face. The first 2 things we asked for they said they don't carry. Everything else we looked at was priced well over what we have seen other places. We ended up walking out because the person that finally started to help us stopped to help another customer and left us waiting for 15 min. I guess they didn't want our business. We ended up getting everything we wanted from National Builders Supply. Way better prices and selection!

Always enjoy the service from NextPS. Anytime I have ever had the simplest of questions or need help, they provide the best service. Victor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He recently helped me with a replacement item. Great quality, great choices and great people.

By far the worst place to deliver took forever and bad service. Spend hours to deliver couple pallets. Very rude and disrespectful.

Definitely the most disrespectful customer service I ever seen, the people here have no respect for their customers, or vendors. Literally they treat people like they are doing a favor to them. I hope I’ll never come here again

Never Fails. Guys at the counter in the back are the absolute worst. Rude, obnoxious and allergic to work. Please get better guys. Every plumber knows the Deerfield branch has the worst customer service ever.

Stay away from NEXT and Victor Martinez .Definitely the most disrespectful customer service I ever seen, the people here have no respect for their customers, or vendors. Once they have the Money ITS OVER ..They will not help ,advise ,or engage in any way shape or form .Even with full manufacture warrantee they don't bother . SO EVERY ONE ... I SUGGEST YOU DON'T BOTHER WITH VICTOR MARTINEZ OR NEXT ..... DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR ...

We have used Next Plumbing for all of our past and current bathroom and kitchen renovation projects and will definitely continue to do so. Umberto always takes the time to talk through everything with us and share his design insight and product knowledge, while still keeping in mind the look we are going for, our budget, and how the space needs to function. We never feel rushed, and he genuinely helps us make confident, well informed decisions without feeling overwhelmed by all the choices. Highly recommend.
