I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Hazmah from EZ Fix Plumbing during a visit to Ferguson Plumbing Supply. While I was speaking with the manager and explaining an issue I was having with the plumbing connections to my washing machine, Mr. Hazmah overheard the conversation and generously offered his assistance.

He promptly came to my residence to inspect the issue and replaced the original washing machine hoses, which were approximately 14 years old. The hoses became seized onto the connections. He handled the disconnection and installation of the new hoses efficiently and without any complications.

Not only was Mr. Hazma professional and knowledgeable, but he was also more than reasonable with his pricing. It's rare to find such honest and skilled service these days. I highly recommend EZ Fix Plumbing and will definitely be calling on them again for any future plumbing needs.

I was first referred to Hamzah for plumbing services from a close friend, and a little over a year later (first job was to install a new water heater), I am so grateful she did. Hamzah is a friendly, responsive, reliable, and knowledgeable professional with high-quality work standards. I highly recommend his services.

I found EZ Fix Plumbing through Thumbtack and I am ecstatic with the work and service. They contacted me immediately after my inquiry, arrived on time, installed 3 new faucets. When I reported a minor issue they returned and corrected. I highly recommend and their pricing is very fair. I also mentioned an issue with a running toilet and he made an adjustment and it’s been working fine ever since.

Technician was excellent. I paid $199 service charge by check. A few days later I noticed my checking account was debited twice, for $199, once for the check and once as a direct charge. I called Kyle Plumbing 3 days in a row. The Company never answered and each time the call went to an answering service that promised to pass the matter on to the Company. Kyle Plumbing has never contacted me and I had to dispute the double charge through my bank. Left me angry. Will not use them again.

They sent a technician, Scott, and I told him what I wanted. Set up my appointment and he arrived when he said he would and during the day he kept me informed with his process. He was always professional and polite. There are no surprises on costs and they tell you exactly what to expect. I would recommend Kyle Plumbing to others because my experience was great .

Their “technician” told me my hot water heater is destroyed. He didn’t state the exact reason. He said he thinks it’s the pressure gauge, and that can’t be replaced.

The hot water heater was leaking, slowly. He told me I needed to have a new one installed immediately and he could have it done if I paid $3300.00. FOR A 30 GALLON!

Anyhow, I called Jospeh’s plumbing, he fixed the issue. It was a fitting that needed tighten. He didn’t charge me anything. We tipped him 100 bucks.

I’ll be calling Joseph back when I have real plumbing issues.

Eric the technician was very knowledgeable and quite efficient with the work as we were re designing one of our bathrooms. We needed some major adjustments of the drain and pipes in order for us to install the best sink and vanity options with out plumbing limitations. He made it happen.
