The plumbers were knowledgeable and although they were unable to resolve the problem they set forth the steps I need to take with the manufacturer. They also noticed some potential hot water heater issues that need to be addressed. Once I receive a written estimate I will absolutely consider using them.

Arny fixed our gas leak outside. This was a problem that we had a couple years ago and we paid a lot of money for a company to take care of it but apparently they got the pipes mixed up and turned off our gas fireplace instead. All the while the gas leak apparently never got fixed as it was really noticeable as of late.

Arny was able to find the leak, break through the concrete and replace the rusted pipe. The gas leak smell is gone. He also reconnected the pipe that was mistakely severed years ago and now our gas fireplace works again. The wife is happy.

Only three stars but not because of the work done. The job was performed meticulously, quickly, and the mechanic made it look easy. The problem is the way you charge for work. Should be time and materials for service calls, not written estimates. I keep coming back because you show up and you do the job, but your billing tactics are off-putting. Sorry, guys. Guillaume was great.

Burke and the other technician whose name I did not get, were professional from the get-go. They took their time, answered all the questions of an older lady who had no idea what the technical the things that they were checking were. Or why they were being done. They were very thorough. I am that older lady and I must say I was very impressed with the way they worked. And they did all of this for a free estimate. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Kudos to both of these young men. And my thanks to them both.

Kyle plumbing is a solid company. They installed a hot water heater a number of years back and have always been there to service it when needed and to satisfy other plumbing needs. Today we received a free inspection of all of our plumbing fixtures. Burke Fox came by to perform the inspection and was very professional. He offered good advice on ways to keep our Plumbing fixtures and pipes in top condition.
