What a wonderful experience. Rick was so informative and professional. We had an issue with a dishwasher and his advice was on point. Could not have been a better experience . Prompt, knowledgeable, helpful and so nice!! Highly recommend.

Our plumber from Kyle Plumbing did a superb job in installing a garbage disposal and water faucet at our home. He was clear about the job, articulate about additional parts he needed, fully transparent on estimated costs, and efficient enough to complete all work, including a supply run, within two hours. We have had consistently excellent results with this firm and can highly recommend them.

Kyle’s Plumbing responded to our project on extremely short notice, and their team delivered at a very high level. Chris, in particular, demonstrated exceptional technical knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. He quickly assessed the situation, provided clear direction, and executed the repair with precision.

I called Kyle Plumbing to first investigate a leak that produces a puddle in my garage, and then to finish the job by repairing the problem. Fortunately, I caught it early and called right away. O'Neil was the plumber that arrived on time. He was most competent and an efficient worker. He didn't mind answering all my questions as the leak detection process proceeded. It was a methodical process that all made perfect sense as O'Neil explained it all. Five openings on my drywall were made in different rooms and to find and get at the pipe with the leak. It required chipping away at one side of a concrete block wall. O'Neil presented options for repair and the cost of each. After I approved the best option, he scheduled the repair which was two days later when his helper was available. On repair day, O'Neil and Randall got right to work and restored my water supply for my home. My only critique is that the price I paid seemed very high, when I count man-hours vs cost. Still. I was satisfied with the level of expertise that the plumber possessed and would use Kyle Plumbing again if another major problem with my plumbing were to arise.

My husband and I did not realized it but our son flashed a toy down the toilet. After unsuccessfully trying to unclog it, we finally gave up and called Bluefrog Plumbing. The plumber was able to remedy the situation by removing the toy and even took the time to explain to our son why toys don't belong in toilets. LOL Thanks Bluefrog!

Excellent service! I would most definitely recommend this company . The staff was very friendly and very prompt in handling the leakage situation in my second floor bathroom. What I really liked is that even though they are a pretty far distance from me ,they came through and handled everything , other company’s didn’t want to make the drive .

They came to my home for a video inspection to identify the problem, when he supposedly was finished the plumber advised i would be receiving the report i paid $450 for in the morning, not only did i have to track them down but at the end of the next business day they claim the "record button" was not working on their machine. The head plumber did acknowledge that the service i paid for was never received and i should receive a refund but they still have not issued my refund. Called the office and the receptionist Indira Hall talked to me like i was someone on the street. Seeking legal action for my money back, trust me avoid the headache go with a real company!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! VERY DISHONEST AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
