It has been my privilege to know Derek, the owner since this company first started. As a realtor I refer them frequently because I know they will always make me look good. Never, ever a problem they are punctual pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and proficient. They did an electrical main replacement today at my own residence and again I'm extremely impressed. Matt and his crew did a great job and didn't leave till he made sure everything was right and tight. Owner, office staff and technicians are all top notch. Thanks again!

Clean, friendly, and got the job done!
Matt & Brian had to flip our electrical box to the other side of the wall. You can see from the pictures they went above and beyond by putting up drywall to cover the hole to make it safe (I hired a handyman to finish the drywall which was a small job), rehung the wire shelves and vacuumed the floors. I highly recommend them.

Jake and Justin were amazing! They were so knowledgeable and encouraging and efficient! They went above and beyond and did an excellent job ! They educated me on some electrical things that had me worried. I am no longer worried and I'm truly grateful! They are both very skilled workers and downright good people! Highly highly recommend!!!!

Everyone from this company, Razorback Electric, from Ben the Estimator to Steve and his crew were very professional and pleasant. I had 4 Electrical Panels replaced on my home and Guest House as they were no longer accepted by my insurance carrier. The team worked very well together, as experienced teams do. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up after themselves. I appreciated that.

Razorback Electric did an excellent job installing our exterior Tesla wall charger. Communication was clear from start to finish, the estimate was accurate, and everything was done professionally and to code, including permitting and inspection.

The install itself was clean, well thought out, and exactly where we discussed. The crew was punctual, respectful, and clearly knew EV charger installs inside and out. No surprises, no shortcuts.

I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to install an EV charger.

Aaron and Ian were great. Aaron is an old school electrician and knows his stuff. Ian is a great helper and cleaned up all debris left from removing and inspecting outlets and light switches. While they were on site we also asked for an estimate on replacing the electrical panel, that’s how much confidence we have with Razorback. Aaron gave us different options on the work we required which was great. We had appointments with other companies which we canceled because we are so comfortable with Aaron and Ian and Razorback in general.

Tyler and Dylan were top-notch! They were professional in every sense: courteous, prompt, efficient, neat, and knowledgeable. The quality of work was terrific. The scheduling was very quick and easy too. I highly recommend Razorback.

Lance understood precisely what I needed, provided low-cost solutions to all of my issues, and completed them perfectly in short order. Wow! The hourly charge may seem high, but these Electricians were so knowledgeable they were in and out and had the issue fixed very quickly. They really know their stuff! We highly recommend Razorback electric.

I needed troubleshooting done on a Hunter fan that has been giving me on- going problems. The electrician from Razorback (Jake and his assistant) were professional and patient and did everything to assess the problem. Jake gave great, sage advice on dealing with the problematic fan. I had a replacement fan waiting in the wings. We ultimately decided to install the new one, and the installation and clean-up was done fabulously and efficiently. I have used Razorback in the past and had Jake once before and he was equally terrific then, as were other workers who have been sent from the company. The communication and appointment times are clearly and efficiently made and honored. Excellent company!

The good: fast service, great knowledgeable electricians. Will respond quickly to emergency services. Used multiple times.

The bad: Look out they will charge/bill you for their employees to sit around and wait for parts (over $100 in waiting time), as their trucks aren't apparently stocked for the average electrical job. They charged me for having a team leave another job to come bring me a breaker. I wonder if they charged the person who the other team left time as well. After emailing them they wont remove the time sitting around, now wont warranty the work due to underpayment. I have ran a plumbing company and we never operated this way nickling and diming a customer, its not feasible in this economy.

All in all I still reccomend this company but dont be surprised of their poor billing choices.

Per my cameras, Your men arrived at 245, stopped work at 316, sat in truck until parts came at 340 and finished and restored power at 3:52 That is 1 hour worth of work. I was billed 1.5 hours. So yes I was billed for the time it took the other gentlemen to get the breaker and the team at my location to sit and wait.

Razorback is a well oiled machine! Service is fantastic, the guys are always so nice and professional, they show up on time, and they get the job done well. They’ve added exterior outlets and landscape lights around my home that made all the difference in the world, without breaking the bank. I will continue to use and recommend Razorback!

You’re sitting there looking through Google and you come across Razorback Electric. You say, “Wow, this company looks great, but it’s too good to be true. Let’s, check some reviews.” Then you hit this 5 star review and your jaw hits the floor. “OMG! I need to rip out all of my electrical work and have Razorback reinstall it!” That’s how great the Razorback Electric is. You can than me later.

All I can say is Kilbourn is the very BEST !!!’

We had been using Kilbourne for the last 2 years and thought we were receiving good service. 6 times in the last 2 years we have dealt with our AC unit leaking and each time they would come out and fix it fairly quickly. We kept asking why does this keep happening what can be done to prevent it because it was not fun to come home to multiple leaks from the ceiling. They never really gave us an answer. We signed up for the maintenance program. The only problem with that is I have to physically call the office to schedule, whenever a technician was onsite they could never schedule with me. Throughout the last 2 years we did everything they recommended and they added a condensate pump to help with the leaking. The one thing I do appreciate is they never recommended replacing our entire unit as it was running well. Fast forward to yesterday and the leaks were getting very bad so I called and left 2 messages and nobody called me back so I was forced to find another company that was able to come out on a Sunday. I've had Kilbourne come out after hours before so I was very surprised nobody called me back. What made me really upset is the leaking could have been avoided if Kilbourne had properly installed everything. The water safety control float switch was not installed properly so it didn't turn off the AC when the water was leaking. The company that ended up coming out showed me that it was not properly installed and fixed it in 10 seconds, literally 10 seconds. On top of that the condensate pump had wires that were supposed to do the same thing and turn off the system when water leaks, however these wires were not connected to anything. Once again not fully installed. So the 2 safety features that were to prevent my AC from leaking and damaging my house were both installed improperly so they didn't work. So we got stuck with multiple leaks and a decent amount of damage to our property. We will not be using Kilbourne anymore and caution anyone considering using them for A/C service.

I’ve used them for a few different things over the years and most recently they installed a new Lennox system for me. A small issue happened a few months after the install and after one call, they came out right away and fixed it. Great company and I can easily recommend them.

Kilbourne Heating and AC was very responsive. Called and were out in less than two days even as a new customer. Diagnosed the issue and got AC charged and had it working same day as they awaited the new part on order! Thanks Joe our technician.

I just had another service call, this time to move a vent inside the house.
The crew, including Don again, did a great job.
They moved the vent and the thermostat. It needed to be moved because we’re in the middle of a kitchen remodel.
Again, they did an amazing job.
