Had an issue w/ my a/c system, so I called Kilbourne A/C & Heating and they responded the same day Unfortunatly, the issue didn't get resolved that day, but soon after the problem was diagnosed and repaired. In addition: Have had this company back twice since the initial service in '22. Both experiences the same ( quality, punctuality, professionalism, fairness w/ the tab, etc.) as the first one. DO NOT hesitate to call Kilbourne Heating & Air Conditioning when your system decides to act up.

We had the a/c system replaced the other day. Tim & E.J. did a great job w/ the removal of the old & installation of the new. These guys were prompt, courteous, respectful & most of all, efficient, keeping my down time to a minimum on a 95 degree day.
Another positive experience w/ the folks @ Kilbourne Heating & Air Conditioning. It is my recommendation ( I worked in the HVAC trade for over 30 yrs.) to call Kilbourne Heating & A/C w/ ANY issue you have w/ your system, whether it's a service call or a complete replacement.

1-29-2026: After a brief power outage, my a/c system wasn't working properly. Gave the folks @ Kilbourne Heating & A/C a call & set up a service appt. Eric came out and after some diagnostic testing determined the refridgerant leak sensor had malfunctioned.(We still had a/c function, but the fan would run constantly after the a/c setting was satisfied) Emily ordered the replacement part & Eric stopped back and installed it. System is back on line, running the way it should. I can't say it enough: If you have a problem w/ your system, call these folks for a prompt and efficient fix of your system. Best AC company I have dealt with. Fast response and honest pricing, and great work!! I highly recommend them. They service and installed my home AC and a large 12.5 ton unit on my warehouse.

Eric was early in the time window given to me---good! He listened to a long explanation of what was happening without cutting me off--ha! He was courteous & careful with my belongings getting to the airhandler but found the attic "very hot". Sorry Eric. Found him to obviously be very knowledgable & efficient. Had the problem diagnosed quickly & the unit "cooling" in no time. Thanks for a fair price for your services. Hadn't known what to expect---it's been years since I had any work done around the house---family always was able to help out before. Eric reminded me of one of my grandsons, so it was almost like that again. Very satisfied -- will recommend to neighbors if asked.

Joe was our tech. He was local, professional, cordial, and knowledgeable. He was timely and helped us make the best decisions for our equipment. He also suggested good maintenance habits and filter options. This was our first experience with Kilbourne and were 100% pleased. Totally recommend for your AC service needs.

This is the second time we have had Kilbourne out to the house for AC repairs. The first time back in September of 2024 was for a bad compressor ($900 to replace) but it was priced way better they anyone else could. Then this time the A-coils needed replacement from a minor leak. ($650 this time) still better then anyone else. Without the AC the heat is brutal and 1 or 2 weeks to wait for parts can feel like forever but trust what i say. They do a fantastic job at a fair price.

Working with Kilbourne was nothing short of fantastic. I am not one to typically write a review, but when one is renovating an old house and working with a variety of companies to replace HVAC, roof, appliances, painting etc, I've found that the majority lacked in excellent customer service and communication. Kilbourne has been the exception. A+++ on every single level. Extremely fast follow up, competitive pricing, excellent quality, professional and respectful throughout the entire process. Tim and Edrick were great. Emily is very quick to respond and was also great to work with! I highly recommend Kilbourne. Super happy!

Eric our technician was great he knew exactly what he was doing and took his time. He solved my air conditioning problems that three of the technicians could not fix properly. I highly recommend this company.

Killen maintains our units and makes recommendations on HVAC. Very helpful!! Emily in the office is helpful too. They are a small company but easy to work with and honest.

Mike, Don & Kellen are extremely knowledgeable and installed a brand new AC unit, ducts, lines humidifier etc and very professional! On time to all appointments, great at tweaking the system & maintaining service year round! Best service on the phone as well with Emily at the office. Thanks again!

Very polite and knowledgeable young man came out today and went over everything with me that I wanted to accomplish. I’ve been a contractor for 35 years and it was great seeing someone from the younger generation that sincerely cares about his profession.
